The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Friday, March 13 – Billy & Lily Work Together – Phyllis Blasts Chance – Jared’s Grandfather Dies

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, March 13, tease that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will show up at Chance Chancellor’s (Donny Boaz) door while Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) is there in her Phyllis disguise. Abby will hide, and Phyllis will blast Chance for breaking into her hotel suite. They’ll bicker, with Phyllis saying that he could do better than Abby. Abby will fume.

Ultimately, Phyllis will declare that she’s going to hold onto the recording, and she’ll go. Abby will come out of hiding, angry. She’ll be more determined than ever to go get into Phyllis’ safe deposit box. Later, Abby and Chance will return from having retrieved the thumb drive from the safe deposit box and they’ll be thrilled.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Jill Abbott Tries To Persuade Billy Abbott & Lily Winters To Work Together

Next on Y&R, at the Chancellor mansion, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will wonder about the prospect of working with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), given that she doesn’t even live in Genoa City. Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) will say that Lily will come back to town, although Lily will say that she hasn’t agreed to anything yet. Jill will leave them together to figure things out, but they both will have to agree to work together or neither will get the job. Billy and Lily will disagree on key aspects of the job.

Meanwhile, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will talk with Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) at Jabot. Traci will get updates on Dina Mergeron’s (Marla Adams) declining condition, and on Jill’s job offer to Billy and Lily. Soon, Jack will get a message from Billy, and Traci will get a text from Lily.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Amanda Sinclair Comforts Jared After His Grandfather Dies

Next on Y&R, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan), and Jared (Michael Maclane) will arrive at Crimson Lights to meet up with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James). Turns out, Jared’s grandfather will have died. Amanda will do her best to comfort a distraught Jared, and Nate will offer Jared a place to live, but he’ll balk.

Amanda will talk privately with Nate and Devon on the patio, saying that if they come on too strong, then Jared won’t be receptive. Through their conversation, Amanda will reveal to Devon that she was also in the foster system as a young person. As they’re talking, they’ll realize that Jared has taken off.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Nikki Newman Worries About Victoria Newman’s Mental Health

Meanwhile, at the Newman Ranch, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will be concerned about Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), since she took Reed Hellstrom (Tristan Lake Leabu) to the airport. Nikki will be deeply worried about her daughter.

And at Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) home, she’ll be anxious to get to her next scheduled chemo session. Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will let Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) in the door, and he’ll come bearing a gift for Sharon, which is an old school MP3 player with some of her favorite songs on it.

Nick will then head to Newman Enterprises and will talk with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) when Nikki shows up. She’ll express her concern about Victoria, and they’ll all agree that she seems withdrawn and just not herself. Nikki will think that perhaps Sharon can help her, which Victor will balk at.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Lily Winters & Billy Abbott Each Get Some Sage Advice

Next on Y&R, over at Society, Lily will talk with Traci about Jill’s job offer, and Traci will encourage her to take it. She’ll think it would be good for both Lily and Billy. Lilly will note that they seem to already disagree about how to approach the business, but Traci will urge her to look at the possibilities that the position could provide. And at Jabot, Billy will talk with Jack about Jill’s job offer. Jack will use reverse psychology and tell Billy to walk away while he still can, but Billy will see through this.

Sharon and Rey will arrive home from Sharon’s chemo, followed shortly by Nikki, who will say that Victoria needs her help. Sharon will think that Victoria needs to talk with someone with more experience, but Nikki will insist, saying that Sharon already knows Victoria. Sharon will say that she’ll think about it. Rey will think that it would be good for Sharon to do something to take her mind off her cancer. Rey will then get a call from Nick, who will say that he needs help with Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind).

Finally, on Friday’s new episode of Y&R, Lily and Billy will regroup at the Chancellor mansion with Jill. They’ll each say that they have reservations but will take the position and that they’ll work together.
