Young and the Restless Spoilers: Thursday, March 12 – Billy Accepts Jill’s Job Offer – Lily Returns – Adam Reminisces About His Mother

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, March 12, tease that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will get a visit from Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) at Jabot. She’ll let him know that she offered Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) a job at Chancellor Industries, which Jack will be enthusiastic about. Jill will have an idea to get Billy to take the job, and she’ll explain it to Jack, then ask him to help persuade Billy if he gets the chance.

Meanwhile, over at the Grand Phoenix, Billy will see Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) and they’ll catch up. She’ll say that she feels truly free, as Ripley Turner (Christian Keyes) pled guilty to stabbing Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). Amanda will say that they should get coffee sometime.

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Abby Newman Practices Her Impersonation Of Phyllis Summers

In Chance Chancellor’s (Donny Boaz) room, he and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) will discuss their plan for her to impersonate Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) to get into her safe deposit box. They’ll do a little role-playing so that Abby can practice her impersonation, then Abby will put on her Phyllis costume, impressing Chance.

Next on Y&R, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), Connor Newman (Judah Mackey), and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will arrive at a bed and breakfast in Kansas. After a while, Adam and Chelsea will talk, and he’ll be concerned about the farm being so run down. He’ll reminisce about his mother and say that he wishes Connor could have known her.

Adam will think aloud, wondering what he might have been like if his mother hadn’t passed away, or if he hadn’t discovered that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) was his father. Chelsea will say that she doesn’t like how Victor uses him, and that if he wants to be CEO of Newman Enterprises, then she’ll do whatever’s necessary to make that happen.

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Passion Erupts Between Nick Newman & Phyllis Summers At Newman Enterprises

Next on Y&R, at Newman Enterprises, Phyllis will visit Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) in his office. She’ll want to congratulate him on his new position, and he’ll surmise that she wanted him to be CEO just to thwart Adam. Talk will turn to their relationship, and Phyllis will blame the ice storm on what happened between them. She’ll think that they can go back to being friends, but he’ll indicate that it’s not that simple for him.

Nick will then push the button that closes the office door, and they’ll proceed to make love on the CEO desk. Later, Phyllis will wonder if they got that out of their system, and Nick will insist that they’re done.

Next on Y&R, Jared (Michael Maclane) will talk with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) at Crimson Lights. Turns out, he will have spent the night in the ICU with his grandfather. They’ll talk, and Nate will hear about how Jared didn’t graduate from high school and has been working at his grandfather’s store. Amanda will show up and they’ll bond over each having been in the foster care system. Nate will then get a call about Jared’s grandfather, and they’ll head to the hospital immediately.

Finally, on Thursday’s new episode of Y&R, at the Chancellor mansion, Jill will be happy when Billy tells her that he will accept her job offer. Billy will start right in with work talk, asking about budgets and the like, but Jill will put a stop to that, saying that he’s not the only one involved here. She’ll say that she wants him to work with someone – Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), who will enter the room.
