“The Young and the Restless” (YR) spoilers for Friday, May 17, 2019 tease that we will a day filled with one getting shot, paternity results, and let’s not forget plenty of drama. We have a very exciting day coming up and you will not want to miss a moment of the action!
Y&R spoilers reveal that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will be shot in the stomach after answering the door to an unknown person. Adam will first go with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) place where they will debate if Adam should see Christian. Victor will push for it to happen because he thinks it will jog some of Adam’s memories.

Adam however will agree with Nick that it’s too soon. Adam will want Nick to decide when and if the time is right. Nick will end up bringing Christian down for a quick visit with his ‘uncle Adam.’ After, Victor takes Adam back to the tacklehouse and leaves and that is when Adam will be shot. Who do you Y&R fans think would want to shoot Adam?
Meanwhile, Mia Rosales (Noemi Gonzalez), Arturo Rosales (Jason Canela), and Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will get the paternity results they have been awaiting. The results will read that Arturo is the father of Mia’s baby and she will be happy. Arturo will admit that he kind of wanted the baby to be Rey’s just because he is better at handling responsibility, but says he will step and do what needs to be done.

Rey will be a little let down that he is not the father but is happy for Arturo and Mia. Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will comfort Rey and let’s him know that he will be a great dad one day and suggests him spending time with Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) which makes him very happy. Do you Y&R fans think Sharon is moving too fast with Rey?
Other “Young and Restless” spoilers suggest that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) let’s Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) know that she wants to be with him but does not want to get married anytime soon or put a label on them. Victoria will agree to having a party to announce that they are back together. Victoria knows the kids will be happy with just them being back under the same roof and doesn’t want to ruin things by rushing into another marriage. Do you think Victoria is doing the smart thing?

Well, Adam did make some enemies along the way. After all, he is a wanted man in Genoa City. When the explosion occurred he and Chelsea were getting ready to get out of dodge. But even before this there was Adam being accused of killing Delia, Billy and Chloe’s little girl. However, I’m not sure that he was the person who actually hit her after she ran into the road after her dog (another story). It could be Billy, but I don’t think he would shoot his brother-in-law. Now if for some reason Chloe is headed back to this show then my money would be on her or some other enemies Adam made while in Vegas. He was seen in Sharon’s cottage with a bag filled with money so some of his Sin City associates may be hot on his trail.

I’m thinking it can’t be a regular actor on the soap because they would go to jail for attempted murder. So it would have to be someone leaving the show or a non regular actor. It wouldn’t make sense to bring Chloe back to be the shooter and then have to go to jail.
