The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers note Ian Ward (Ray Wise) could have even more revenge schemes on the horizon. While he’s managed to ruin Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) life, he’s also promised Jordan (Colleen Zenk) he’d help her with a plan to destroy the Newmans, and there’s nothing both of them would love more than dissension between family members. Could a reboot of an old scheme resurface?

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – A History Lesson On Ian Ward’s Past

Y&R spoilers remind fans that back in 2015, Ian partnered up with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) on something called the ‘Paragon Project’. It was a computer virus set to destroy Newman Enterprises’ systems.

Of course, back then, Adam wasn’t exactly on the same page as his father, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden); however, nowadays, they are getting along very well.

It’s uncertain if Ian knows that Adam and Victor have put their past differences behind them and that Adam is now in charge of Newman Media. Still, if Ian does find this information out, he may decide to take a page out of an old scheming book to frame Adam as the person behind Paragon 2.0.

It wouldn’t be overly unbelievable that Victor’s son would turn on him as he has in the past, and a reboot of Paragon would remind The Moustache of how devious Adam used to be.

Y&R Spoilers – Could This Move Lead To Ian Ward’s Downfall?

Destroying lives and relationships is what Ian is all about, so convincing Victor that Adam is a traitor would be a good move. The wounds of the Paragon virus run deep; however, as Adam is innocent, he’d work hard to prove he isn’t behind things.

If Adam dug deep enough, could he find Ian’s digital fingerprints all over the debacle? Unlike Jordan, who has an imposter serving her maximum-security prison stint, Ian has served his jail term and is as free as a bird, for now.

If Adam finds out Ian is out of prison, which would be fairly easy information to access, he could connect the dots, present the evidence to The Moustache. This could all be the beginning of the end of Ian’s reign of terror in Genoa City.
