The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Taking Custody From A Dying Father
Y&R spoilers reveal that Tara recently said that she was thinking of asking the court for sole custody of her son. Kyle thought it was overkill considering Ashland had one meltdown in the park. He might not be crazy about Ashland but does have sympathy for the man’s prognosis. He thinks it’s unnecessary and cruel for Tara to take Harrison away from Ashland and vice versa. Kyle also worries about how Harrison will deal with losing the man who has been raising him for the past three years.
Y&R Spoilers – Scheme Collapses
Kyle and Jack both received a video file from Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). Although there is no sound, the video indicates that Tara and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) know each other better than they’ve let on. In fact, the two women are having an intense discussion in the elevator. Before parting ways, Jack and Kyle see Sally getting in Tara’s face. After Jack views the video, he will tell Kyle that they need to have a conversation with their houseguest.
Plus, Phyllis is armed with new information. Eric Forrester (John McCook explained how Sally “helped” Summer Newman (Hunter King) get the creative director job in Milan, Italy. Phyllis now has proof that Sally forced Summer out of her job, relationship and even North America.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Kyle Abbott’s Reasoning
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Kyle and Jack will realize that they’ve been played by Tara the whole time. As much as Kyle wants to reconnect with Summer, he decides it’s too risky. He explains to Jack that Tara had no problem separating Harrison from his “first father. If she was able to do that so easily to a dying man, then she won’t think twice about doing it to Kyle. For this reason, he refuses to go to war with Tara as he could lose Harrison forever.
Y&R Spoilers – Custody War
Jack will probably try to reason with Kyle. When that doesn’t work, he could think about how Kyle might be right. They don’t stand much of a chance against Tara and Kyle isn’t on Harrison’s birth certificate. So, Tara would probably win full custody. Of course, there is usually a loophole somewhere. Jack might realize that there is one person who could help them defeat Tara.
Tara’s not just playing games with Ashland, Kyle, Jack and the other people in the child’s life. She’s messing with Harrison’s head and doesn’t seem to care what losing a parental figure will do to the three-year-old. It’s all about Tara getting what she wants and having the upper hand at all times. It’s cruel and abusive to do that to a child.
If someone were to secretly record Tara as she divides Harrison with a beloved family member, a judge would not be pleased. Depending on how Tara verbalizes it to her son, a court might even call it psychological or mental abuse. Proof of psychological abuse could have a judge serve Tara what she’s been dishing out… losing her son forever.
