The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Josh Griffith Teases Cane & Lily War Against A Dangerous Opportunist

The Young And The Restless spoilers reveal that Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) may soon be more than romantic partners now that they have reunited, at least for the time being.

Cane Ashby And Lily Winters Fight For Chancellor

According to Josh Griffith, Y&R’s head writer, in his interview with SOD, Cane and Lily will have a much different storyline in June.

“There is a surprising turn of events that puts a powerful piece of information in Billy’s hands that will throw Cane and Lily together to try to stop Billy from going after something he wants,” Griffith told SOD.

Griffith didn’t go into details, but it is not that hard for fans to speculation on what he is talking about. However, it seems that Billy may get another chance to get his hands on Chancellor, the very company that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) promised Lily.

No matter how much Billy loves Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and their baby, Billy hasn’t gotten over having Chancellor taken from him and he will do anything he can to get it back. Cane had previously offered Chancellor to Billy. However, he would choose Lily over Billy any day.

Cane Ashby Expect A Follow Through

Cane is counting on Victor to go through with his promise and give Chancellor to Lily as promised.

Will Cane be disappointed by Victor’s actions in the end?  Will Billy uncover something that gives him a chance to make a power grab for Chancellor after all?

Billy will somehow get the upper hand and will use it to his advantage. Cane and Lily will find themselves working against Billy to get Chancellor back under Lily’s control where she believes it belongs.

Will Victor double cross Lily and make a plan with Billy to give him what he has wanted for years now?  Would Victor do this so Billy and Lily keep each other busy while Victor runs the company just like he had planned from day one?

Jill Abbott Could Make A Difference

Lily may have plans to run Chancellor with Cane by her side since he lost all of his money and property because of her deal with Victor.

Will Lily decide that she owes Cane a chance to get himself and his company back on track after everything that has happened since he lost his company?

Jill Abbott (played by Lauren Koslow) will appear on June 25. Is Jill coming back to deal with Victor and that way he has treated Chancellor since she sold it to him over her son?  Will Jill find a way to get the company back for Billy after all?

Jill may want to give Billy and Sally Chancellor for their upcoming wedding and soon to be child. How will this fight for Chancellor end?
