The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) allowed herself to fall in love with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). Was that a mistake?

Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) views Lily as a rival. But despite that feeling, she did offer Khalil’s character experienced words of warning. Victoria told Lily that Billy couldn’t be controlled and that he would eventually revert to the pattern he’s often worn.

Billy invited his brother to BiLily’s new apartment on a false premise. Billy wanted to pump Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) for information about Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi).

Jack resented the interrogation and left after acknowledging that Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez) was his grandson and Billy’s great-nephew. Lily was present for that latest warning sign.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Billy Abbott Veering Off-Course?

It appeared as though Billy was doing well. Lily has been serving as a stabilizing force in his life, which created a different dynamic than what Villy was in its last edition.

Victoria actually did nothing wrong. But Billy decided that she couldn’t break from her condescending viewpoint. He admitted that his past behavior created Victoria’s outlook. The choice to end Villy was Billy’s way of setting both halves of that on-again, off-again couple free.

Months into what has become a serious relationship with Lily, Billy has begun resisting his next soul mate’s advice. She’s not Victoria. So what gives?

Y&R Spoilers – Victoria Newman Is Around

Victoria bumped into Lily at Crimson Lights and learned about the apartment on Chestnut Street. A later visit happened, with BiLily accepting her awkward presence in their new home.

Johnny Abbott (Holden and Ryan Hare) and Katie Abbott (Sienna Mercuri) haven’t been seen that much since the production shutdown began last year. Its ending has allowed Villy’s children to make occasional appearances.

Villy or not, Victoria and Billy share two young children. So, Heinle’s character will be around. That creates a challenge for both Billy and Lily that will likely increase if Victoria’s involvement with Ashland grows.

Lily can tap her memories for advice that Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) and Drucilla Winters (Victoria Rowell) would have offered about current events. Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore) is an option as well. But Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) is in town. He’s volunteered his misgivings about Billy to date.

Billy is a complex guy. He loves Lily and is a good father. But he still has trouble controlling himself, which makes BiLily’s long-term future questionable on Y&R.
