The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that sparks are flying between Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). It is suggested that since the death of Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso), Chelsea has been depressed and very lonely. She and Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) dissolved their partnership and they each went their separate ways. It was obvious that Chelsea could not focus on work and she was extremely difficult to be around. Once she turned her sights on Billy, almost immediately her disposition changed for the better.

Y&R spoilers reveal that Chloe noticed the attitude change in Chelsea and she asked her if she was now going after Billy, to which Chelsea replied that they are just friends. Meanwhile, rumor has it that she was seen batting her eyes and smiling adoringly at Billy.

She was overheard lavishing praise on Billy about the great work he has been doing with the podcasts. All the while she was convincing Billy that with her insights, the podcasts would be much more successful if he would allow her to join him.

Chelsea has her sights on Billy, even knowing he is involved with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil)…those lines have never seemed to matter to her anyways, and what Chelsea wants, Chelsea gets. It appeared that Billy thinks of her as a friend who needs a new focus and he enjoys spending time with and working with her.

While Billy is ready to get to work, Chelsea is joking around and snacking. Suddenly she turned and planted a big kiss on him. He is shocked, but flattered. He certainly was not expecting that. Will he tell Lily?

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that possibly after Billy missed another important videoconference, Lily commiserated with Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) and they made the decision to hire a new COO, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). Sources speculate that Lily decided it was time to tell Billy that he is no longer COO, but that he can continue with the podcasts.

As she approached the podcast studio, Lily heard Chelsea and Billy laughing and joking around. She peeped in the door just in time to see Chelsea kiss him. Surprised, his smile at Chelsea told her all she needed to see, and she turned and went back down the hall from where she came.

Y&R Spoilers – Reaction?!

While Billy wasn’t expecting Chelsea to kiss him, he reacted with a big smile. Chelsea smirked, now “that” is the old Billy, not the uptight new one. Don’t you miss being that fun guy? She offers to share the benefit of her years in therapy with him.

After the kiss, Billy realized he missed another meeting and hurried into the office. Lily, sitting at her desk calmly looks up at him when he enters and says nothing. No smile, just ‘that’ look. He begins, I’m sorry. Look, I was busy with Chelsea working on a podcast…what’s the big deal?

Of course, forgiving Billy is what Lily always does, but is this the last straw? After all his obsession with Victoria, his lack of involvement in the company and now Chelsea? What do you think? Is this the end for Billy and Lily? Will Lily allow Billy to continue the podcast, with or without Chelsea? Stay tuned…one thing is for sure, something big is about to happen.
