The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease that Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) love life will have déjà vu. When rejected by Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) who’s met someone else, Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) will run to his first love for comfort!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – After All Phyllis Summers’ Trouble-

Daniel’s mother, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) went to a lot of trouble to hunt Heather and Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) down in Portugal and bring them back. But Phyllis wasn’t doing her son any favors, because Daniel wanted to wait until a better time, when his gaming platform “Omegasphere” was off and running. Daniel had really ruined his relationship with his partner and daughter, and he admits it, but because of his mother’s jumping the gun, it’s made things worse.

Daniel fired Phyllis and is barely talking to her after her interference-not only wasn’t he ready, neither were Heather and Lucy! There is just a bunch of devastating hurt all around, and when Heather tells him she’s moved on, a badly wounded Daniel runs to his first love, Lily.

Ever since their elopement to Las Vegas as teenagers, ‘Daily’ had some rough roads, but always stayed friends; it was only when he became addicted to porn they divorced. They moved on and married others, when those marriages broke up they would reconcile a couple of different times, but never remarried.

But to this day they still are deeply bonded, and recently, Lily’s been daydreaming about him, although she’s never let on her feelings, wanting to give him a chance to heal. But now, since reconciling with Heather is not an option, when he comes running back to her it’s a different story, her finally breaking free from Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Just Like The Old Days

Now that neither Daniel or Lily have any hope of reconciliation with Heather or Billy, and they’ve both moved on, it’s just like the old days for ‘Daily’. Yes, for both it might be rebound, but on the other hand it’s healing and fun-and just like they never were apart, and their embers quickly reignite. Lily isn’t the only one who feels the déjà vu, so does Daniel, and they spend lots of time with each other.

Lucy may have been his inspiration to put his focus into gaming and Omegasphere, but she’s no longer his reason to continue. He and Lily continue to work to get it off the ground, but spend every spare moment with each other enjoying each other.
