Y&R spoilers reveal that Egan went on maternity leave not too long ago. The CBS soap had to temporarily write out Chelsea. Even though it wasn’t confirmed if Chelsea would return since she was in a psychiatric hospital, the character was soon released due to her mother’s injury. So, that leaves a big opening for Chelsea to return.

Y&R Spoilers: Video Chat Appearances

In recent episodes, Chelsea didn’t exactly appear on-screen but was seen in video chats with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). At one point, she talked about doing things as a family with Adam and Connor Newman (Judah Mackey). When Adam seemed receptive, Chelsea got ahead of herself and started making a lot of future plans. However, Adam stopped her and explained there is no going back for them.

The question is was Chelsea being sincere in her quest to reunite with Adam or is it another scheme? Egan teased to Soap Opera Digest that fans will just have to wait to find out. However, she also stated that Chelsea is “working on feelings.”

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that People reported that Egan has given birth to a baby boy. Egan and Katrosar named the little boy Caden Robert. The baby was born weighing 7 lbs., 7 oz. and measured 20 inches long.

In a statement, the couple gushed about how thrilled they are to welcome their son into the world. They also had a special message for fans and followers, who have been sending support and encouragement during Egan’s pregnancy.

“We are overjoyed to welcome Caden Robert Katrosar into the world. Everyone is healthy and doing well, we’re so grateful for all the love and well wishes along our journey to get here. We’re awestruck by this little man and can’t believe he’s ours.”

The couple added a huge thank you to the doctors and nurses at Cedars Sinai. Egan chimed in,

“Although this is my first child in real life, I’ve had very dramatic on-screen births on The Young and the Restless. Once after falling through a lake, I delivered my son on the show in a cabin. The other time, I went into labor at my wedding and delivered a baby right there in my wedding dress. So this was a breeze compared to that!”
