I didn't really enjoy Abby's grizzly, pre wedding pity party. The actress was good, it wasn't her acting skills, I am just tired of all the poor me. How many times is this accompanied by "you're so strong" it's a contradiction, lip service about women being strong but at the same time making them pathetic. Summer is a favourite for this type of story and so is Nikki, it's just silly to try to present the characters as one thing but having their actions actually do the opposite. Strong, intelligent women don't cry about marrying a good man like Chance.
