The Young and the Restless Spoilers Monday September 2: Lauren Wants To Take Down Adam, Chelsea and Chloe Make Up, and Victoria’s Concern Grows

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday September 2nd indicate that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) gains a new enemy in Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman), Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) repair their friendship, and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) continues to worry about her husband Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).

Chelsea is at Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) place. He’s reading an article about Chloe being back from the dead and informs Chelsea of the news. She tells him she already knows and saw Chloe last night. Chelsea rants about the turmoil Chloe caused her and Connor Newman (Judah Mackey).

When she’s done with her rant, Nick explains how he feels sympathy for Chloe and how losing a child affects you. Chelsea wonders what life would’ve been like if the cabin explosion never happened, but Nick says Adam was a jerk long before the explosion. Nick says he thinks there’s hope Chelsea and Chloe could repair their friendship.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victoria Newman Concerned For Billy Abbott

Later at Chanellor Park, Chloe, Kevin, Esther Valentine (Kate Linder), and Bella Fisher (Martie Blair) are having a picnic. Chelsea arrives, then she and Chloe talk in private. Chloe says that they’re planning to stay in Genoa City permanently. Chelsea talks about their encounter the other night. Chelsea admits she’s made mistakes and she understands Chloe’s mental state and wanting revenge against Adam. Chelsea says she wants her friend back and the two hug. Chelsea then joins the group for lunch.

Chloe and Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) are at Society, and Chloe feels uneasy being out in public when they’ve got Billy hidden away at the cabin. Kevin assures her that the sedative has knocked Billy out, then Kevin pulls out Billy’s phone and writes a message stating that Billy’s in rehab.

Victoria arrives and talks with Chloe about being back from the dead. She’s stunned to learn Billy knew Chloe was alive and that Adam was blackmailing them. Victoria talks about Billy’s hatred towards Adam and how it’s been affecting them. Victoria promises to tell the couple when Billy comes home from his trip.

After Victoria leaves, the couple talk about their guilty over lying to Victoria. Chloe believes that she can help Billy work through his mental issues. Kevin says he trusts Chloe and offers to give her time to work with Billy. Kevin then sends the text about Billy being in rehab.

Victoria goes to Nick’s house and tells him Billy’s in rehab. She believes he got caught up in gambling when he went to Las Vegas to investigate Adam. She talks about how frustrated she is with his behavior, then mentions Billy knew Chloe was alive. Victoria expresses her fears about their marriage saying she feels them drifting apart. Later at the cabin a disoriented Billy wakes up. He looks at the splint on his leg, then ask “where the hell am I?”

Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) arrives at Adam’s penthouse, and Adam yells at him for not charging Chloe with murder. Michaels says that their working relationship is over, and he and his family have nothing to fear from Adam.

Adam asks Michael how his son is doing, and this infuriates Michael, who then says he hasn’t heard from Fen Baldwin (Zach Tinker) in a while. Adam pulls out a photograph of Fen at a party, where he’s drinking and selling drugs. Michael grabs Adam by the collar and yells at him. Adam says that with Fen being a drug dealer, he’s looking at 8 years in prison.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Jack Abbott Working On A New Life Plan

At Crimson Lights, Lauren is meeting with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) about doing working for his addiction center. Their chat is cut short when Jack receives the text about Billy being in rehab. After Jack leaves, Michael arrives. He asks Lauren to set up a meeting between him and Fen.

Lauren notices Michael’s rattled and when she asks what’s going on, he tells her that Fen’s using drugs again. An upset Lauren tries to call her son, but can’t get an answer. Lauren says this must be a mistake, but Michael tells her about the photos Adam has. Michael says they need to find Fen and get him back into treatment, then Lauren vows they’re going to take down Adam.

Jack arrives home and tells Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) about Billy going to rehab. They then talk about their mother Dina Mergeron (Marla Adams). They can’t understand why their mother was unhappy and left all those years ago because she had everything she ever wanted. Jack remembers an argument Dina had with John Abbott (Jerry Douglas) years ago in which Dina couldn’t explain why she was unhappy. Traci says Dina was a smart woman with ambition and that lead her to starting a new company, then travelling the world. Jack agrees with Traci’s sentiment and says that life is out there somewhere and a person has to find it.
