Y&R spoilers reveal that Nick was horrified when he accidentally killed Ashland Locke (formerly played by Robert Newman). Nick’s guilty only intensified once Ashland was found dead in his car. Then, the whole situation was complicated when Nick and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) learned how Ashland’s body disappeared.

While Victoria is working on moving on full speed ahead, Nick is having a tougher time dealing with the death. It’s not just killing a man that has Nick so rattled. Nick worries that Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) actions could come back to haunt him.

Y&R Spoilers – So Many Secrets

Victor finally let most of his immediate family know about what he did. Victor has always maintained that everything he does is for the good of his family. While Victoria, Nick and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) understand this, there was a serious concern.

However, Victor thinks that the case is closed after Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) made his decision. Chance is having doubts about whether it was the right thing to do. In addition to that, Adam has proof that could destroy the Newman family if it ever got out.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that during a recent episode, Nick was warned by Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) about Adam’s revenge obsession. Nick talked to Adam about it. However, by the time Nick spoke with Adam, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) had already convinced her ex to lay down the sword.

During that conversation, Adam reminded Nick about his own history of killing a man and Victor’s “damage control”. Adam also made it clear that it has a way of affecting people in profound ways. Adam said that the situation is what turned him into the man he is today.

Y&R Spoilers – Foreshadowing Darkness

Adam’s warning seemed to be more of a foreshadowing. While Adam might be giving up revenge and darkness, could Nick pick it up? Perhaps something happens that crosses yet another line with Nick. It would be interesting to see Nick turn dark while Adam gives up his payback vendetta.
