However, Phyllis lies and claims to still be out of town.

Phyllis claims that she doesn’t want to keep hanging onto the past. Phyllis tells Summer that she’s ready to lay down the sword and move on with her life. However, Summer doesn’t really believe it, especially when she relays this information to Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman).

In Tuesday’s episode, fans will also see Phyllis with oversized glasses and a humongous hat lurking around Genoa City. Peering cautiously through storefront windows and around corners, Phyllis spies on Jack and Diane.

After Summer facilitates a truce between Phyllis and Diane, don’t expect peace. Phyllis uses this fake truce to get her hands on Jack again. Phyllis asks Jack to meet her so they can talk. At first, Jack is hesitant as Phyllis is someone he doesn’t even recognize anymore. However, Phyllis insists on it, so Jack says she has five minutes.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Diane Jenkins Gets Closer

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Jack and Diane will have another conversation. While Phyllis spies on them, Diane asks Jack about his relationship with Phyllis. Jack tells her that the Phyllis ship has sailed. Diane simply responds that Jack deserves someone better than Phyllis.

As Jack begins softening more and more toward Diane, Phyllis’ anger will erupt. Phyllis isn’t going to let this go on.

Y&R Spoilers – Accidental Assault?

It is suggested that Jack and Phyllis could cross paths again. It’s possible that Jack and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will give Diane a job at Jabot or Marchetti. When Phyllis learns about this, things could spiral out of control.

Now, Phyllis is very dramatic and animated. Phyllis also talks with her hands. The more outraged and upset Phyllis is, the more her arms flail around. With someone like that, it’s easy for them to accidentally hit someone who is standing too close. As Phyllis rants and raves about Diane, her arms could flail a little too wildly and hit Jack right in the face.

Of course, Phyllis will be horrified and apologetic. However, Jack might see this as another sign that Phyllis hasn’t changed at all. In fact, Jack could consider Phyllis to be completely out of control.
