Teaming with Tara proved to be disastrous. Their shared goal involved splitting Skyle. However, that seemingly impossible outcome was realized because Tara exploited the leverage she had over Summer Newman’s (Hunter King) life through Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez).

Lauren needed a replacement for Summer, who felt forced to leave town and accept the job in Milan, Italy. And so Sally capitalized when Tara delivered on her end of that devious bargain.

So, Sally has no job. Because of the shabby manner in which she treated Jack and his son, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), Sally also has no wealthy supporter who can financially support her during this self-caused collapse.

Lacking friends, Sally turns to Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson). Teasers indicate this chance meeting telegraphing into her reason to stay in GC.

As bad as she’s made it for herself in Wisconsin, Sally can’t return to California.

So, using her eye for style, the former head of Spectra Fashions is naturally drawn to an opportunity to work with Chloe at the startup within Newman Media. Doing so can put Sally in Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) view.

Smiles abound across the soapy fandom, as a business partnership between Sally and Chloe creates many intriguing options. The potential of pairing Sally and Adam is tantalizing. Imagine Hope’s character as Adam’s post-Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) pairing choice.

      Well I know both Victor and Adam will find out about Sally before they hire you in there
      Newman Media site, Victor will know what she did to drive Summer out to Milan for
      her job at JCV but she doesn't have it, was fired so the best place for her right now is
      in jail with her buddy Tara.
      As for Adam, he'll find out Chelsea is conning him cause he doesn't want her back.

      I wouldn't mind an Adam Sally pairing ..it would give her a chance to be herself and maybe both she and Adam can become a powerhouse that will finally work !

      Sally did not do anything to Lauren. She actually did Summer a favor and Summer made her own decision. Very good decision she made to leave town and never come back. Lauren has her past but had her inheritance to fall back on, Phyllis has always gone after what she wanted and gotten away with it. Sally is not all that bad and she really needs a break. Lauren just like Summer made a choice and that was to give Sally that job, she did not hurt Lauren. Tara hurt herself.
      Sally should just forget about Jack, he is much too old for her anyway. Let Jack have Phyllis, that's who he wants anyway, so he thinks.
