Right now Sharon is crying on Rey Rosales’ (Jordi Vilasuso) shoulder and Nick is having sex with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) on tables all over town. Ironically, it could be Phyllis and Sharon’s relationship that causes Nick to stray!

Sharon and Phyllis actually buried the hatchet recently (and not in each other’s back) when Sharon discovered that she had breast cancer. She didn’t want anyone to know and she kept the truth from many people for quite a while.

Phyllis guessed that Sharon was sick and when she found out she was right, she did something amazing. She reached out to Sharon and the two women had a moment of true friendship.

It was surprising to the characters and it was surprising to fans as well! These two ladies have been enemies for a long time, and Nick is one of the main reasons why.

Phyllis has surprised us once and she is capable of anything. If she starts to spend more time with Sharon it will be natural, given her sincere desire to help. But that means Nick might tag along, too. Based on their history, Shick doesn’t need a lot of prodding to get the old flame between them kindled.

What happens if Phyllis and Nick spend more time with Sharon as she continues to fight cancer? It could be that Nick and Sharon bond and before they know it they are where they started years ago as young loves!

      Nick, poor Nick, he definitely is the one character who could use a new love interest. It’s obviously not going to be Sharon, although many fans would love that if he could be faithful. Nick is just so boring with Chelsea, they are both good looking and likeable actors but their characters are just so dull and boring together. Then there is Nick and Phyllis, this relationship isn’t believable at all. They say opposites attract but no one’s buying this. Not to mention this ship has sailed so many times, there’s nothing remotely interesting or entertaining in this couple and their dysfunctional relationship.

      Just had a thought, if writers want to put Nick with an older woman, then why not Ashley? I know Ashely is the mother of his sister but then when has that ever bothered the writers? At least Ashley would bring more class to the relationship, it wouldn’t be difficult, Phyllis just drags the poor guy into the gutter with their revolting sex scenes. It’s been the only upside to this pandemic, the fact fans are saved from watching him and Phyllis. Ashley is classy and as both a couple and business couple they could both really mess with the other characters in GC.

      Sharon & Nick 100%……forever too……….Their feeling are real and deep down. Phyllis is a user and deserves to be dumped, especially to Sharon.
