Skyle’s marriage is already postponed because of Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) paternity pursuit. Unless he proves not to be Harrison Locke’s (Kellen Enriquez) father, Tara has become a permanent part of the soapy equation.

Summer worked hard to mature. While once a destabilizing force in Kyle’s life, she has become the rock that he’s leaning on.

So, all is hardly lost for Summer or Skyle fans. But major challenges lie ahead, with positive outcomes not guaranteed.

It’s natural for Kyle to be very emotional. Within a matter of months his rival cousin, Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson), became the person who broke the Harrison story. That was an unnatural way to learn about fatherhood status.

Kyle also had to deal with Harrison’s assumed father, Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi), realizing that Mealor’s character and Tara were involved in New York. Having Ashland also be the infamous Lockeness Monster only added to Kyle’s distress.

Despite all factors, Kyle’s paternal instincts kicked in once he met the boy he believes is his son. With paternity test results in hand, Kyle is embracing responsibility.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Tara Locke Offers A Major Hint

Tara’s marriage has collapsed. That’s what enabled her to shock Summer.

Summer didn’t envision Tara and Harrison relocating to Genoa City, Wisconsin. She was likely thinking that the boy would visit Kyle during planned stays.

So, Tara’s tell to Summer that she thinks it is best for Harrison to live near his father (Kyle) opens what could be a new plot path. Leiner, Enriquez, and or Burgi could become major cast members, rather than Tara, Harrison and Ashland simply being brief or even recurring characters.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Summer Newman Needs To Fight

Fans know that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will back her daughter. They saw Red warn Ashland, in no uncertain terms, in that regard.

Intriguingly, Summer will also seek advice from Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case). She has plenty of useful family experience to offer.

Summer knows that Kyle loves her and wants to marry. She has been and remains fully supportive of Harrison. If he truly is Kyle’s son, then Summer will become a positive stepmother figure.

But King’s character projects as having to fight to keep Skyle in place and then handle whatever the future may bring with Tara potentially in it.

      The only stories Kyle and Summer have revole around their dysfunctional love life. It's getting so old, I can't be bothered watching them. An intelligent attractive woman would have walked away and not looked back. The story doesn't fit this generation of women.

      Summer is in for a big surprise. Kyle will step up to be dad to Harrison whick is good until he finds out truth. Which is great if the father. Summer wants to keep Kyle then she needs to calm down. I do not know why she will talk to Sharon. Sharon has been into this with Nick. What did it get her nothing but heartacke? Nick left her high and dry for Phyllis. But seems to run to her why is that after what he done to her? She is still their to listen to him, what is wrong with you Nick, cannot figure you out, do you still love her yes you do do not keep letting this lingure on tell her before it is two late for yall.

      Kyle will only step up to be a dad till Theo comes back to GC to claim his son..
      Once Kyle finds out he's been scammed by Tara & Theo he'll have nothing to
      do with them after the truth comes out about little Harrison, he is innocent
      and right now Ashland wants to kidnap him.

      Wow, what a shock….. Kyle and Summer have troubles. Kyle was good with Lola; she brought out the best in him. Their short lived marriage is still a mystery to me. The storyline acts like these two have been destined forever. Please! This is not Victor/Nikki or Nick/Sharon part 3. I don't buy it.
