Mariah’s sister piped up to ask what the heck that is, and Sharon chuckled and turned to her ex Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) to reminisce about the time his dad Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) threw such a bash. Later Tess and Mariah went home and tried out all kinds of 70s outfits before deciding to put their adoption plans on hold. That’s a pretty big reversal, and soap fans are waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Did he mean it? Or is the wedding party about to get a big shock when Noah throws cold water on the proceedings by begging Tess to marry him instead?
