The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Thursday, April 2 – Victoria Returns To Newman – Sharon Gets Horrible News – Adam Blackmails Victor

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, April 2, tease that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will find himself distracted at work about Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), while Phyllis is at the Grand Phoenix talking with Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan). Amanda will note that Phyllis seems upbeat, and they’ll discuss Phyllis’ re-ignited flame with Nick.

Amanda will be happy for her friend, and then talk will turn to Amanda’s life. Amanda will tell Phyllis about her quest to help Jared (Michael Maclane) and about her plan to meet with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) later. Phyllis will think that perhaps Amanda and Nate have a future together, and she’ll tell Amanda not to deny herself.

Meanwhile, on Thursday’s new episode of Y&R, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will talk with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) at the Newman Ranch. Victoria will be preparing to go back to work, noting that she severed ties with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and that she was ready to go back.

Later, Victoria will arrive at Newman Enterprises to tell Nick that she’s coming back to take back her position. Nick will be skeptical about it, but Victoria will insist that she’s ready and she’ll explain about her recent visit with Billy. Nick will get Victoria up to speed on what’s going on, and he’ll go. Later, Victoria will tell Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) portrait that she’s back.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Nikki Newman Is Horrified To Learn That Nick Newman & Phyllis Summers Are Back Together

Next on Y&R, Nick will wind up at the Grand Phoenix to see Nikki. Nick will explain that Victoria is back at work and that his gig as Interim CEO is up. Phyllis will gaze at them talking from across the room, and finally Nikki will notice that Nick is distracted. Nikki will soon gather that Phyllis and Nick are back together and she won’t be pleased. Nick will get an earful, and after Nikki’s gone, he and Phyllis will regroup and kiss.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Adam Newman Tries To Blackmail Victor Newman

Next on Y&R, at Society, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will talk with Victor. The men will go back and forth about how Victor has treated Adam relative to Nick, and soon Adam will get out a manila envelope, which he’ll tell his father to read. Adam will say that Alyssa Montalvo’s (Maria DiDomenico) father’s death wasn’t an accident, and that he’ll decide whether that story gets published.

Victor will seem amused by all of this, saying that Adam has no real proof. Adam will say that he does indeed have proof, and that all he needs to do is say the word and Victor will go to prison. Victor will then ask what Adam’s terms are.

Elsewhere at Society, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) will tell Devon that Colin Atkinson (Tristan Rogers) was captured in Europe, while Devon will tell Abby that today is opening day at the New Hope clinic. Devon will go on about Nate and Elena Dawson’s (Brytni Sarpy) work at the clinic and he’ll reference Amanda’s work with Jared.

At the New Hope clinic, Nate and Elena will talk happily about their patient load on opening day, and Devon will arrive as Elena is commenting to Nate on his personal life. Amanda will then arrive to see Nate, and she’ll indicate to him that she’d like them to go on a date.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Sharon Newman Gets Devastating News

Next on Y&R, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will wait at the hospital for her test results. Her doctor will soon arrive to give her the results. Later, Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will arrive at Crimson Lights to find Sharon visibly upset. They’ll go home, and Sharon will text Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) to come over.

Sharon will lament to Rey that she was so sure that the tumor was shrinking, but that it hadn’t shrunk as much as they’d hoped. Sharon will be very upset, and she’ll yell that she only has one option and that she doesn’t want to lose her breast. Rey will do his best to comfort Sharon.
