It’s clear that both are developing romantic feelings for each other again after all of these years. However, Cole is also keeping a big secret from Victoria.

Cole is under orders from Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to befriend Kyle. Cole will do that when he comes across Claire, Kyle, and Harrison at the park. Cole will invite Kyle out for a drink.

Even though Cole can keep secrets, he’s a good guy. Cole isn’t going to feel right about deceiving Kyle, Claire, and especially Victoria.

Any secrets could negatively impact the romance as well, especially considering that Victoria will likely take her mother’s side.

Summer Newman Struggles

Over with Summer, she will struggle coparenting Harrison with Kyle. Summer knows that Harrison is thrilled to have Claire as his nanny. Summer can see that Harrison is thriving, too. At the same time, Summer still has pangs of uncertainty in her gut.

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, June 13 reveal that Summer might express her doubts to Kyle once again.

However, Kyle has witnessed how Claire doesn’t just take care of Harrison, but teaches him to figure things for himself as well. That’s an important skill for kids to learn. Plus, Kyle has feelings for Claire. So, he will likely continue defending her to Summer.

Of course, if Cole admits Victor’s scheme to Kyle or Claire, it could complicate everything. Victor would also have to answer to Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). Not only are Nikki and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) longtime friends, but he’s her hero.

Even though I will always think the “relapse martyr” part was absolutely ridiculous, clearly Jack is Nikki’s hero in the addiction storyline. So, Victor could lose more than he thinks.
