Victor Newman’s Realization
Let’s start off with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).
The couple will still not see eye-to-eye.
However, there is something more important that the estranged couple needs to deal with.
Victor and Nikki realize they need to unite and pull together to save Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) has already warned Victor that Nick is still using.
Then, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) also noticed Nick was acting off when she went to chat with him over coffee.
Jack Abbott’s Win
Over with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), he will be elated over Diane Jenkins Abbott’s (Susan Walters) voicemail.
Jack will think he finally has a chance to get his marriage back. Jack might even update Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
Of course, that could have Kyle warning his father about the Patty scheme.
Even if Jack explains his plan, there is no way Diane will be okay with Patty being any part of it.
So, Jack might have to tell Patty that their deal is off. Good thing Patty is now fixated on Matt.
Matt Clark Bound
Speaking of Matt, he has been kidnapped by Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
The man is tied up and he’ll have no idea how to get out of this situation. However, help is on the way for the villain.

That leads to Patty coming to Matt’s rescue. Patty ends up getting help from a housekeeper (Marcy Goldman).
New York Drama
Over in New York, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), Holden Novak (Nathan Owens), and Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) celebrate.
It looks like Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore) truly has a second chance at life. Everyone will be thrilled that the procedure went smoothly.
This could also give Holden and Malcolm a real chance to know each other on a deeper level.
Lily will continue to be so grateful to Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn).
Even though Cane said he wasn’t doing this to get Lily back, it seems a reconciliation isn’t too far away.
However, Devon Winters (Bryton James) will have serious issues with that.
