The Young And The Restless Spoilers Thursday, November 12: Adam Startles Chelsea – Faith Busted Drinking – Chance Health Crisis

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, November 12, tease that in Genoa City, Wisconsin Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) will be sitting in Chancellor Park when Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) approaches her. Faith will explain that she wasn’t feeling well this morning and that she took the day off from school. Jordan (Madison Thompson) will materialize but will keep her distance.

After Phyllis leaves, Jordan and Faith will talk about their night of drinking and about how Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) is hungover today, and about how Jordan just cut class. Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) will reappear and meet Jordan, (Madison Thompson) then when Jordan leaves, Phyllis will totally bust Faith on being hungover. Faith will ask Phyllis not to tell Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) about this, but Phyllis won’t agree.

Next on Y&R, at Society, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Nick will tell Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is the prime suspect in Chance Chancellor’s (Donny Boaz) shooting last night. Victor will refuse to believe it, and he’ll take off to track down some information. Once Victor’s gone, Victoria will tell Nick to have Phyllis call her about their new business arrangement.

Meanwhile, Adam will sit in his penthouse and text someone telling them to get rid of all the evidence from Newman Tower before they leave town. Young Adam (Dane West) will appear wanting assurances that Adam’s attempts to hurt people are over. Adam will talk to himself about how he’s covered his tracks, and about how Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) won’t ever trust him again.

Chance Chancellor Sets The Record Straight On His Shooting

Over at the hospital, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) will be glad to see Chance awake and alert. Chance will want to see Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) as soon as he hears from Abby that the cops are pursuing Adam as a suspect. Later, Rey will arrive, and Chance will tell him that Adam was the intended victim of the shooting. Rey will then head to Crimson Lights to update Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) about the case.

Victor will amble into Crimson Lights and learn that Adam is no longer a suspect but the presumed victim of the shooting. Paul will tell Victor about how Chelsea saw schematics of Newman Tower on Adam’s laptop and how the Newman family could be in danger. Victor will agree to let the cops come in and do a security sweep of the building.

Rey Rosales Questions Chelsea Lawson About The Shooting

Next on Y&R, Rey will tell Chelsea that Adam was the intended victim of the shooting. Through their conversation, Rey will offer to put Chelsea into protective custody, but Chelsea won’t be sure. Rey will ask Chelsea where she was at the time of the shooting, and Chelsea will get indignant, saying that she won’t answer more questions without a lawyer present.

Over at the Grand Phoenix, Nick will talk with Phyllis, who will try to tell Nick about Faith’s drinking. However, Nick will be agitated about the situation with Adam, and Phyllis won’t get a chance to tell Nick anything. Nick will bark at Phyllis to call Victoria, and that will lead to an argument, further preventing Phyllis from telling Nick about Faith’s drinking.

Rey Rosales Updates Adam Newman On The Shooting Investigation

Rey will then drop by Adam’s penthouse to say that Adam was the intended victim of the shooting and that Chelsea is the most likely suspect. Adam will balk, and Rey will take off for Crimson Lights, where he’ll tell Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) that Adam was the intended victim. As soon as Rey leaves, Sharon will take off.

After a little while, Nick will show up at Crimson Lights and talk with Faith, who will be getting something to eat to nurse her hangover. Faith will worry that Phyllis has told Nick about her drinking, but she’ll soon realize that Nick is still in the dark.

Sharon Newman Pays Adam Newman A Visit

Next on Y&R, Sharon will show up at Adam’s penthouse to ask him if he knows who tried to shoot him. Adam will say that he doesn’t, and Sharon will worry about Rey trying to track down Adam’s shooter and being in danger. Adam will indicate that he nearly went to a place that he couldn’t come back from, but he’ll say that he couldn’t go through with it. Sharon will think that the two of them need to stay away from each other going forward.

At Society, Victoria will regroup with Victor, who will relay that Adam was the intended victim of the shooting. Victoria will take the opportunity to blast Adam, saying that he got himself into this position and that he’s a lost cause. Victor won’t want to hear that.

Chance Chancellor Suffers A Health Crisis

Back at the hospital, Abby will walk into Chance’s room to find him in obvious distress and having difficulty breathing. And over at the Chancellor mansion, Chelsea will text Rey saying that she wants to go into protective custody. Finally, on Thursday’s new episode of Y&R, Chelsea will step out of the room to gather her things, and when she returns, she’ll be startled to find Adam standing in the living room.
