Tucker hopes that Ashley will let him purge his soul. He wants to explain the reasons behind the subterfuge. But Ashley is teased to fake reconciliation.

Major fallout seems likely if Davidson’s character follows through on an apparent revenge plan. Tucker will be devastated.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Devon Hamilton Factor In-Play

Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) broke contact with his biological father after learning about Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). Tucker’s secret embedding of her inside Chancellor-Winters outraged Devon.

Tucker had no reasonable explanation for his actions when confronted. Devon stood in Tucker’s Grand Phoenix hotel suite, with Ashley a few feet away, and told him they were done.

Ashley was mortified. Tucker was stunned by what happened and later tried to make amends. But his ex-wife and the claimed love of his life flew away to France.

Y&R Spoilers – Diane Jenkins Reconnection Was Too Much

Diane Jenkins (now played by Susan Walters) was the woman Tucker cavorted with while he was married to Ashley. He reconnected with her while she was living under the name Taylor Jensen in Los Angeles, California.

No fault to Ashley for being suspicious of Tucker for tasking Diane with relaying information she learned while with the Abbott family. But, as Diane later told Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), she never complied with Tucker’s wishes. She also did not provide him with Jabot’s financials.

Tucker’s problem is that Diane came out clean in the above scenario. That, in and of itself, reinforced Ashley’s belief that her ex-husband had not changed one iota, as he claimed.

Ashley dipped her toe in the pool. The water temperature ranged from cool to scorching, with the plot point being that she allowed an opening.

Tucker chose to interpret Ashley’s mixed messages as good weather days. He put himself in a weak position. That was the opposite of the business front he routinely sports.

This couple has no current reason to believe whatever love exists between them will be enough to produce a legitimate, lasting reconciliation.

It is easy to predict Tucker’s outrage if Ashley plays him for a fool in a presumed second-chance scenario. Maybe TPTB will surprise the audience with something different on Y&R?
