Billy will clearly want revenge. It seems Billy’s blame would rest on Victor, but he’s also not known for his level head. So, could Billy do something else to hurt his mother since he feels so betrayed?

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Jill told Billy that it was about her health and stress levels. Instead of understanding that Jill had to make a tough decision, which was due to her health, Billy has been having tantrums.

It is teased that Billy will lose his cool with Jill. Hopefully, Billy doesn’t make Jill’s health problems even worse from all this stress!
