The Young and the Restless Spoilers Tuesday October 29: Victor Tries to Make Amends with Adam – Kyle Learns Theo’s His Cousin – Jack and Traci Worried

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday October 29th indicate that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will try to make amends with his son Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) learns that Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) is his cousin, and Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) therapy session doesn’t go as planned.

Billy meets Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) at Crimson Lights. He talks about his run-in with Adam, and how he knows that Billy tried to run him down. Billy says they made a truce, but Victoria says that doesn’t mean anything. Victoria talks about Billy’s mental state, then the discussion turns to Halloween festivities. Victoria says he doesn’t have to take part in the festivities if he doesn’t want to. Billy says he wants to celebrate the holiday, and says since he’s battled his real demons he can handle fake ones.

Later Billy meets with his therapist. He says he’s doing well and vows he’s never going back to his dark place. The therapist tells him that even though he’s doing well, they need to continue the sessions. She says even the smallest thing could set off another trigger. Billy understands and says there’s a lot of work to do, but he can be the man he wants to be.

At his penthouse, Adam is on the phone with Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) school. After he finishes the call, he’s surprised to find Victor at his door. Victor says they need to finish their conversation, but Adam interrupts him. He says the only reason he came back was for Connor. Victor inquires how Connor is doing.

Adam says that both he and Connor hate Genoa City, and wish they could leave. Victor says that’s not the best thing for Connor, the boy needs the stability of his family. Adam makes a snide comment about the Newmans being stable. Adam again tells Victor he wants nothing to do with him or the family. Upset Victor goes to leave, but turns to look at Adam one more time. After Victor leaves, Adam sighs.

Later Victor arrives at Newman Enterprises and Victoria realizes something’s bothering him. She asks if Adam is responsible for his solemn mood, but Victor doesn’t want to get into it. Victor then says he hopes the rest of the family will reconsider giving Adam another chance.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Adam Newman Pays Off Phyllis Summers

Victoria comments maybe it’s best if Victor and Adam stay out of each other’s lives. Victor switches the discussion to Billy and wants to know how he’s doing. Victoria is shocked by her father’s concern, then fills him in on what’s happening with Billy. Victor says he’s glad Billy’s doing well but warns that he won’t be so forgiving if Billy continues to screw up.

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) arrives at Adam’s place. They talk about Connor before getting down to business. Adam says he’s done with his vendettas and their partnership is over. Phyllis tries to get Adam to change his mind by saying they can crush Victor by taking over Newman Enterprises. Adam refuses, then tells Phyllis it’s time for her to move on.

Phyllis argues with Adam and says he needs to be true to himself. Adam says if she needs a new partner in crime to get Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart). She says the only person she wants is Adam because he knows how to be diabolical. To get Phyllis to leave him alone, Adam writes her a check for $2 million dollars. Phyllis looks at the check and is appalled Adam is trying to buy her off. Adam tells Phyllis to go away and live her most evil life. Phyllis rips up the check and warns him that she’s not easy to get rid of.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Lola Abbott Concerned For A Friend

Kyle’s at his apartment, when Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) comes out of the bathroom in a towel. She complains that Kyle used up all the hot water. Kyle suggests they start showering together, then thinks of a way to warm her up.

At Society, Theo meets with Phyllis. He talks about Summer Newman’s (Hunter King) social media influence. He suggests that with Summer’s popularity, Phyllis should use her for the next Grand Phoenix party. Phyllis brings up Theo’s unemployment, but he acts like it doesn’t bother him. He says he has other offers lined up. Phyllis warns him to be careful or he could lose everything.

Later Lola arrives and she chats with Theo about losing his job. Lola’s concerned, but Theo acts happy and tells Lola not to worry. When Lola ends their discussion to get back to work, Theo is seen with a sad expression.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Jack Abbott And Traci Abbott Abbott Are Worried

At the Abbott mansion, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) discuss Dina Mergeron’s (Marla Adams). Jack tells Traci they need to find their half-brother. Traci is worried because she doesn’t know how Eric Vanderway will react to the news. She suggests they talk with Dina first before they pursue this. After Traci leaves, Jack calls Kyle and asks to meet him.

Later Kyle arrives and Jack begins asking questions about Theo. He wants to know if Theo has ever mentioned anything about his father. Kyle is confused about why Jack is curious about Theo. Traci returns as the two men are having their conversation, and convinces Jack to tell Kyle the truth. Jack fills Kyle in on Dina giving her baby up for adoption and the boy was taken in by a family named Vanderway.

Kyle tells them that Theo’s dad passed away when Theo was a teen and that his family came from Chicago. Jack and Traci realize it could be Eric because the adoption papers had the family listed from Chicago. After Kyle leaves, Traci tells Jack she couldn’t get an answer from Dina. She thinks maybe it’s best if they don’t search for Eric, but Jack thinks they should continue.

Kyle goes to visit Lola at Society and she notices he’s upset. He tells her there’s a possibility that he and Theo could be cousins. He explains the situation and she wants to know what will happen if it turns out to be true. Kyle is upset learning about his grandmother’s sordid past and wonders if Theo’s his cousin. Lola says she could find out for him. Kyle says there’s no way he and Theo can be related, and he’ll get proof.

He leaves and finds Theo. He invites Theo to dinner, and over their meal Kyle asks about Theo’s parents. Theo pulls out a pocket watch that belonged to his dad. Kyle notices the initials EV inscribed on the watch and asks what it means. Theo says those are his dad’s initials, his name is Eric Vanderway. Kyle looks unhappy as he learns this tidbit of information.
