Fans recall that the hallucination made a comment about Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom). That got am “I know, right, that b*tch!” It sounded more like Sharon was talking to a pal or frenemy rather than an evil hallucination.

It was good that Sharon said she didn’t blame Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant)… even though she does.

Fans recall that Sharon told Mariah she would meet her at the hospital later. Sharon didn’t want Mariah offering to ride together. At the time, Mariah didn’t seem suspicious. Later, Mariah and Nick might try to put the puzzle pieces together.
