The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) worked together to acquire and run Newman Media. However, the two don’t agree on strategy when it comes to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi). Things are about to get worse, both professionally and personally.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victor Newman’s Strategy
Y&R spoilers reveal that Adam and Victor partnered together when Ashland came to Genoa City to unload Cyaxares. Victor ended up getting the company by forcing Ashland to sign the papers or there would be no ambulance coming for his heart attack. Now, Victor and Adam have renamed the company to Newman Media.
A few weeks ago, Victor wanted to strike back hard at Billy for the article he published. However, Billy thought that they would be playing right into Billy’s hands and it would create a bad image for the company.
More recently, Victor wanted to go after Ashland. When Adam mentioned that the man allegedly has lung cancer and has been given six months to live, Victor didn’t care. Adam mentioned that it seemed harsh and clearly, Victor did not agree. He implied that his son has not been around long enough to understand.
Y&R Spoilers – Chelsea Lawson’s Deal
Adam just found out that Dr. Hedges (Michael Bofshever) is being paid by Victor. He also learned that Chelsea confessed to poisoning Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) because of a deal Victor offered her.
Adam wasn’t happy about this and is starting to understand why Chelsea fears she’ll never get released. He also gets why she is convinced that she’ll never see her son again. He’s not going to let that happen. Despite their rocky past, the poisoning and not having a future together, Adam still wants Chelsea and Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) to have a relationship. At the same time, Victor is right… Chelsea isn’t mentally stable. He needs to be careful how he approaches this.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Partnership Falls Apart
Things seem like they are beginning to fall apart between Victor and Adam. Next week, Adam will make Chelsea’s dream come true, which must mean she gets a visit with Connor. If Victor finds out, he probably won’t be happy. So, there will be conflict due to Adam taking back control of his personal life.
Professionally, Victor will probably hear all about Adam helping Ashland as he had trouble catching his breath. Burgi told Soap Opera Digest that it was a vulnerable moment for Ashland. He is very appreciative of Adam’s sympathy and how it was done low-key.

Y&R Spoilers – Taking Advantage
Ashland has not forgotten about Victor’s stunt during his heart attack. He will also keep in mind how Adam helped him. When he finds out that there is trouble brewing between the father and son, Ashland could take full advantage. This war between Ashland and Victor is definitely going to escalate. Which side will Adam take, though?

Y&R writers seems to look at potential storylines and opt for the least plausible story! Most stories are now so rediculous because there's so little believable content. How many times will Victor's supposedly intelligent children let him make decisions for their own children, no intelligent adult, especially such as Adam and Victoria would continually permit such interference with their young children. Yes, it's Victor's interference with Adam and Connor. Adam having already had so much of it, especially with Christian wouldn't keep permitting it. This story situation is getting really stupid. As for Abby don't even get me started, her character and storylines are pathetic. I really was hopeful with the Chance marriage and baby story Abby's stories were finally going to be something watchable, but no I'm still skipping most of them because they are cringingly embarrassing, I feel so embarrassed for the actors I have to skip it.
Both Victor and Adam had a fallout before, they can get back on again, no problem and can't wait for Victor to find out about Ashland he isn't dying of cancer he fooled all his fan's but not me, I've known for a while and he is after NE and Victoria won't have that job anymore and Victor is the head boss, he build that company from top to bottom and its no way he'll let that Ashland take over it as CEO so war is on.
Hate seeing Adam and his father disagree iiee on things. Hope they work it out so Adam doesn’t get played by Ashland! Let Adam be a good guy for a change. T
Victor first move should be to remove Victoria. She is just plain horrible.
Ok you have Adam from being a real PITA to a gullible person? What’s the deal? I liked Adam and Victor working together. Ashland is not dying (my opinion) and he is after NE, Victoria thinks she us so smart, but she is being played. Now Chelsea the con artist? What’s to say. Her sidekick Chloe will loose everything, Kevin and her kids. I know Chelsea will be going on leave. But I am sick of this con artist getting away with l this crap she has been pulling . Adam is blind when if comes to Chelsea. Once a con is always a con. Especially on this soap!
