The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Victor & Diane Turn On Jack – Punished For Patty Nightmare

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers show that Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) continues to blame Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) for being drugged and assaulted by Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk).

Huh? At best this attitude is myopic, and at worst, Diane is victim shaming a target of SA. Is this really how the show wants to write and present what happened to an unconsenting Jack?
Apparently so because it’s full steam ahead with a plot in which Diane sets out to punish Jack for what happened to him.

Diane’s Ignorance

Diane thinks that Jack should have resisted being r****. Hopefully the show corrects course at some point and writes a more responsible storyline for Jack and Diane in the very near future.

Until then Diane is hellbent on punishing the incapacitated man she found in bed with his crazy ex, Patty; even a toddler would have better judgement than Diane.

Diane can’t get over what happened to her thus she joins forces with the man responsible for her husband’s fate–Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).

Diane is Misguided and Dangerous

Victor meant to harm Jack and Diane joins forces with him to further harm the man she loves. Make it make sense.

In the April 17 episode, Victor does a favor for Diane by helping her teach Jack a lesson.
Let that sink in. Is the show trying to character assassinate Diane?

Victor & Diane Team Up

Diane wants Jack to feel betrayed by her, and Victor is happy to help a girl out. Victor and Diane have been married before and we predict that they could connive to make it seem that they betray their spouses with each other.

Such a trick could serve to push Jack and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) together, creating an even bigger mess. Then again, Victor may do something else that helps Diane punish Jack.

Has Diane Become a Monster?

Scandalous The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Victor steps up for Diane on April 17, so stay tuned for the madness to come.
