Y&R spoilers reveal that Billy seems to be in an uncontrollable and extreme spiral. Billy is getting paranoid and doesn’t seem to trust anyone. Billy is also making a lot of risky plans, like planning the relaunch around a deal with a mysterious company.

This isn’t a company that fans know, as Billy hinted to Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) it was a company that was up and coming. So, it sounds like a start-up. Billy seems to think this company will take Abbott-Chancellor to new heights.

Billy first wanted to run the company with Lily. Then, Billy fired Lily. If that weren’t enough, the minute that Chance started asking questions, Billy got into conflict.

Chance made a bold play, but ended up losing. Even though Billy refused to make Chance co-CEO, the former police detective feels liberated.

Meanwhile, Lily doesn’t feel liberated. Lily wants her job back and the position that she’s held. It seems Lily is desperate enough to turn to Victor.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Lily went to Victor and tried to get his help. Victor was already going after Abbott-Chancellor, so of course, he agreed to help Lily. However, Victor already promised the CEO position to Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).

During the Monday, September 9, 2024 episode, Lily started having doubts about her alliance with Victor. Lily wants to take Billy down, but wants something in writing assuring her that Victor is going to keep his end of the deal.

Of course, Victor has no intention of making Lily the boss. Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) knows it, too. While Victor reasons it’s just business, I’m not sure if Nikki would be okay with Lily being collateral damage.

Fans already watched Lily tell Jack about Billy firing her. Jack offered to reason with Billy, but Lily declined. If Lily is doubting Victor, then she could take drastic action. Could Lily turn to Jack as she did with Victor?

While Lily hasn’t given Victor the name of this new company to swoop in on, there is a reason for that. Perhaps Lily is showing Genoa CIty she’s a major player, too. Lily could just end up not just getting her position back, but a whole lot more!
