However, he has a dark side and it’s rather brutal. Remember, he earned the nickname “Locke-ness Monster” for a reason. It could make Victoria realize just how dangerous her husband is.

Y&R spoilers reveal that when Ashland was first introduced, his character was given the nickname “Locke-ness Monster.” While we did see a few scenes that showed his callous and ruthless business tactics, it wasn’t as “monstrous” as fans expected. Perhaps that is because viewers were not shown that side of him. At least, not yet,

Once Ashland and Victoria began seeing each other, the media mogul showed another side to himself. It was on the opposite side of “monstrous” and more like the perfect partner. With Victoria, Ashland was a perfect gentleman who was sweet, sensitive, caring, apologetic and romantic. There is a saying that nobody is perfect and if they appear to be, then watch out.

The Young And The Restless – Ashland Locke’s Dark Side

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Burgi spoke to Soaps.com about Ashland’s current storyline. The actor explained that like many people, Ashland has two very different sides to him. Burgi actually called Ashland’s darker side – the one he hides from Victoria – as “savage.”

“People aren’t just one thing, and they aren’t always the thing that they present to the world… There’s a side to Ashland that’s charming and funny and polite. We have a sanitized, almost domesticated way of doing things thanks to evolution. But there’s also a savage side to all of us… you don’t want to cross a man who is trying to protect his family or survive.”

Y&R Spoilers – Fearful Realization

Victoria can be quite brutal and savage herself. However, she is only well-acquainted with the nice side of Ashland. The minute she crosses him or sees his reaction to being crossed by others, Victoria might be singing a different tune. Just how “savage” is Ashland’s dark side? Would it actually make Victoria fearful of the man she married? Could she realize that not only does she have no idea who Ashland really is, but that she married a real-life monster?

      I was thinking all along that Ashland had some hidden agenda. I this his true dark side is about to come into the open. I wonder what the writers have instore for us, I want to see how Victor and Adam will react to this dark side, and also Nick.

      I hope Victor beats his daughter, Victoria, at her own game. She is so smart that she is also dumb and thinks she know how to get the upper hand on her dad. I truly thinks she was trying to buy ChanceCom so she could use it to control Billy and use him as her, "Come to me when I call Billy Boy". She also wants to build a wedge between Billy and Lily. I don't like either one of them but Victoria is truly heartless. She hates her brother, Adam and now Nick is on her bad list. I hope Adam put her to shame with his News Media Company. I hope Ashland become her worst nightmare. She needs to be brought down a peg or two. She needs to grow up before she try and and play with the big dogs.
