The Young and the Restless spoilers show that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) may need to keep an eye on her back and become more defensive of her CEO position. Victoria was all about Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) returning to Newman Enterprises and joyfully promoted him to COO.

If Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) attempts to press for Nick’s promotion, Victoria may be less pleased. Despite Victor’s displeasure with Nick’s love interest Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), business comes first.

In other words, Victor can set aside his love for Sally and do what he thinks is best for the firm. Victor may decide that it is best to elevate Nick at some point. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is presently co-CEO with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), although she has indicated that Nick will take her position eventually. Although Nikk is not ready to stand aside right now, she is hoping that Nick will ultimately take over as co-CEO.

Of all, with a new year approaching, the moment may arrive sooner than expected. It’s easy to envision Nikki reassessing her life in 2023 and opting to break away from the business. Nikki may choose to prioritize her family over closing transactions and keeping track of all the figures.

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease Victor has stepped down from Newman Enterprises, so Nikki may opt to join him in spending more time with their grandkids. Regardless, it appears like Newman Enterprises is long overdue for a CEO change. Victor can never leave the power structure alone for long.

Y&R Spoilers – Victoria Newman On Her Way Out Of Newman Enterprises?

Victoria usually seems to win in the end since she is Victor’s golden girl, but his golden boy might still cause some trouble in the meanwhile. All it would take is a few missteps, maybe perpetrated by Victoria’s prize hire Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), to persuade Victor that Victoria requires Nick’s assistance. If Nikki resigns, Victoria may want to fly alone again, but Victor may push back and insist Victoria share the CEO seat with Nick. That’s the type of thing that may offend Victoria and spark yet another round of Newman family strife. Even better if Nick winds up on a power trip as a consequence!
