The Young and The Restless spoilers tease that in Genoa City, Wisconsin Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will set a trap for Adam Newman, (Mark Grossman) and it will be in a manner that almost out-Adams Adam!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victor Newman And Victoria Newman Discuss Adam Newman In Her Office

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Victoria discuss Adam in her office. They discuss how Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) had approached both Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and her, to get more time with Johnny Abbott (Holden and Ryan Hare). Longer time viewers will recall that Johnny was conceived when Billy was having an affair with Chelsea, and she was not in a position to raise a child at the time.

She gave up her rights so Victoria could adopt him. Victor talks to Victoria and warns her that Adam is up to something. She tells him that she has beefed up security at Newman Enterprises. Victor continues to worry about Adam (Mark Grossman) to Victoria, (Amelia Heinle) telling her that they must stop him before it’s too late! Victor wants to set up a family meeting at the Newman Enterprises office, in order to reach out and support Adam since he and Chelsea broke up. Then Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) walks in.

He tells his dad he’s got to be kidding! Victoria accuses their father of protecting Adam! Nick says no thanks, he will keep his distance from that psycho! Victor wants to keep Adam close – Nick objects, but then Victoria says Dad has a point. She’s got in the back of her mind to keep her friends close but her enemies closer! She tells him to get the meeting set up asap. Victor leaves.

Y&R Spoilers – Victoria Suggests Setting Up A Family Intervention As A Trap For Adam

Victoria talks to Nick about the family meeting – Victor might want to do it as an intervention to help Adam, but Victoria says she wants to set it up as a trap! She explains that if they present a united front, for one thing maybe they can tease some information out of Adam that he doesn’t mean to give them. Victor had also mentioned that they need to reach out to Adam to protect themselves – she brings that up and says this is a much better plan and it will protect them.

If they can get him to slip up they can anticipate his moves and be able to protect themselves much better. Then Victoria tells Nick she’s calling Adam’s bluff – since he claims he wants to “divorce” the family and go back to being Adam Wilson, then she’ll have papers drawn up for him to sign. The papers will “divorce” Adam from any inheritance from Victor, and from Newman Enterprises – she’ll let him have that farm in Kansas where he grew up. Nick tells his sister it sounds more like she’s calling Victor’s bluff than Adam’s. She says she’s calling both.
