The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Victor’s Cover-Up Plan Flops, Silly Corpse Relocation Story?

The Young And The Restless: Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)The Young and the Restless spoilers show that Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) incredible ‘cover-up’ may be one of the dumbest things I’ve seen in recent memory (and there’s been a lot of those while watching Y&R).

Let’s do a quick recap here: Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) threatens and grabs Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) steps in to help his sister from being assaulted, throws a punch, and accidentally kills Ashland. At the worst, we’re looking at manslaughter, but I’m sure a Newman lawyer could easily prove self-defense.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – I Thought Victor Newman Was Smarter Than This?

If Victor was able to know what happened through surveillance cameras or guards on site, and he knows that it was an accident, why would he possibly believe that he needed to cover this up and try to make it look like Ashland got up and drove away?

His corpse relocation makes zero sense and it’s really been bothering me. Is Victor really this stupid or is he just beginning to slip in his old age? This is already beginning to backfire on him and he has his own son, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) asking questions and wanting to know what’s really going on.

Y&R Spoilers – Will Victor Newman End Up In Jail For This?

I have a pretty good feeling that Victor is going to be caught for this. There’s nothing protecting him and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) knows there’s something that doesn’t add up. While his initial suspicion of Nick may not be correct, it will definitely lead him somewhere and Victor won’t be able to cover his butt.

I don’t see any way of Victor getting away with this, and he’s surely going to be arrested for moving the body of Ashland, but Victoria and Nick will see him as a martyr while Adam quietly plots in the background.

While it’s getting to the time for Victor to be done anyways, there surely will be a bigger storyline than this. Something to have him really go out for a bang, but I definitely think this is the first brick in the road and we may be seeing Victor’s days numbered. It’s time for the next reign of Genoa City to come, and I don’t think we have to look much further than Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Adam Newman.

What do you think? Will this story lead to the end of Victor’s reign? Let us know in the comments below.

“Victor is not going out like that, no way. “ There is a lot more left left to Victor, don’t count him out yet! He is not going anywhere soon, however, it is time for his vacation, every summer to Germany.

Victor always comes out of anything unless your trying totell us the Victor is getting ready to retire, that would be the only reason you would have him go to jail – so the question is Victor getting ready to retire ??????
