The man whose real name is Bobby Defranco stole his friend’s identity and the inheritance of a mentor to make a new life for himself and begin a media empire.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Firstborn Is The Queen

Victor arguably does not have a favorite child, of the four known in the world. There are likely others, based on his reputation.

Victoria is believed to be Victor’s firstborn child. A great projected storyline would involve Victor having fathered a child before he and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) had Victoria. But Victoria remains the queen, unless or until that is revealed.

Of course, Victoria would retain the top female spot if Victor ever learns or divulges that his first child was a boy who has never been referenced. So, with Victoria being his namesake and the head of her sibling generation, she has earned special privileges.

Y&R Spoilers – Allowing Control To Be Taken

Victor was struggling in his efforts to lead Newman Enterprises in recent years. The rare blood disease he developed necessitated some time away from the helm.

Eventually, Victoria was allowed to take temporary control that morphed into shared responsibility. One day she decided to present a stern ultimatum.

Victor was proud of his firstborn’s stern pitch and agreed to allow Victoria to become Newman Enterprises Chief Executive Officer. Her move to merge the company was one that Victor digested and decided was great. He also embraced Ashland because of his personal and professional resume that was somewhat similar to the Victor’s.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Ashland Locke In The Clear?

Ashland is claiming to have come clean to the woman he loves. Whether what has been stated is the full story is impossible to know because of the volume of information that he has withheld to date.

Victor’s payoff of Jesse Gaines (Jamison Jones) and Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) inability to make something of what he knows should mean that Ashland’s legal jeopardy is limited. But that is a hopeful guess.

As for the cancer diagnosis, Ashland believes he does not have much time left. Fans of Burgi are hoping for a cure or remission so that his intriguing character lives on in Genoa City, Wisconsin.
