Summer runs into Kyle at Jabot, sharing her entire trip to Philadelphia is booked. Kyle hopes her reservations are refundable but won’t explain, simply saying there is no way she is going to Philadelphia. When Kyle returns with coffee, he says there is no way she will find a way to handle her mother since she lives and works with her mother and since her request to go to the trade show was rejected, Phyllis will expect her to be around.

Summer insists his desperation to win their bet is starting to show and he should get the car detailed for its new owner. Kyle wants her to think about what will happen to her and her mother’s relationship if she actually ends up in bed with a loser like Billy.

Kyle thinks this isn’t about Billy but her problems with her mom and she should try it his way by having a long talk with her about all the garbage between them; saying it would take way more guts and far more satisfying than hopping into bed with Billy. She tells it was a nice try, as she will get the car.

Nick Feels Jack Manipulated him

Nick feels Jack manipulated him as Jack insists that he is right he wants Jabot to succeed, but the deals with Jaboutiques are bad for Dark Horse. Sharon sees a heart carved with JT + Colleen’s names in it. Ashley Tells Kyle She Needs His Help

Ashley meets privately with Kyle, saying she needs his help. He reveals he might have stumbled on something that might help. She has another plan but if it doesn’t work they can use the personal drama he has learned. She is not comfortable with Billy gambling away Jabot’s assets, but he is leaving her no other option.

She feels they have to give him enough rope to hang himself, as they closely document everything he does and then they can seek a non-confidence motion. She wants Kyle to encourage Billy’s reckless behavior, promising he will be rewarded for his work.

With the Blood Abbott clause, Tracy (Beth Maitland)is the only one who can take over, and once she learns everything Billy has done, Ashley feels she would be willing to step in. Kyle realizes that the end game is Ashley wants Tracy to take over, remove the clause and then have Ashley become the next CEO. Kyle is impressed with how conniving she is.

She reveals that Billy and Phyllis are moving out, which is a clear sign that Billy is too tempted to live under the same roof as her. Kyle doesn’t want to hear it, as he has his own big plans. She teases him, saying his plans never work out, because unlike her, she will do whatever it takes to get what she wants, to hell with the consequences. Kyle leans in, saying she will soon learn how far he is willing to go.

Neil catches Ashley as he comes off the elevator. He asks her again to join him for dinner, both glad the other night happened but have so much happening in their lives. Neil says that if they want something in life, you make the time for it. She admits she wants to know where this could lead, but can’t commit to anything; he agrees he isn’t up for a commitment either. He just wants to have a good time and see where it could lead. She feels that is perfect.

Sharon comes home, sharing with Nick how Lily and her situation is weighing on her. He holds her as Sharon remembers all the horrible things she has done. Nick says they just have to move forward; both feeling they are the lucky one for reuniting.
