The Young And The Restless Spoilers Wednesday, November 18: Chance & Abby Set A Date – Nick & Phyllis Make Up – Chelsea Weighs Her Options

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, November 18, tease that in Genoa City, Wisconsin Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will be at the Chancellor mansion when Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) calls and asks her to come to the penthouse for a talk and dinner. Chelsea will agree to think about it.

It won’t be long before Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) learns that Chelsea is about to go see Adam. That will lead to a big argument, and both Chelsea and Chloe will say things that hurt each other. Chelsea will end up leaving upset, and Chloe will be frustrated, venting to Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) about her argument with Chelsea.

Next on Y&R, at Society, Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will tell Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) about how Adam allegedly had schematics for Newman Tower on his laptop. Just then, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will walk in, and Victoria and Nick will demand to know why Victor didn’t inform them about this sooner.

Victoria will think that it’s high time that Victor let go of Adam, (Mark Grossman) and she’ll say that the family could decide to turn their back on him if he doesn’t. Rey will interject that he needs to know everyone’s whereabouts during the time of Chance Chancellor’s (Donny Boaz) shooting. After Rey walks off, Victor will tell Victoria that he didn’t appreciate her words earlier, and he’ll leave angry.

Victoria Newman Calls Adam Newman’s Bluff

From there, Victoria will head over to Adam’s penthouse, where she’ll ask Adam to sign a contract renouncing him of all things Newman. Adam will ask if Victor has seen the document, and he’ll promptly rip the document up. Victoria won’t be surprised, and before she takes off, she’ll tell Adam that she wishes the bullet that struck Chance had hit him instead.

Adam will wait around for Chelsea to arrive, but she’ll call instead saying that she’s not ready to come to see him yet. Adam will think that’s ok since it’s not a “no.” Meanwhile, Victoria will summon Victor to Crimson Lights, where she’ll show him the torn-up contract from her meeting with Adam. Victor won’t appreciate Victoria’s move, and he’ll say that this means nothing and that Adam is in serious emotional turmoil right now.

Amanda Sinclair Urges Phyllis To Make Things Right With Nick Newman

Next on Y&R, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will talk with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) at the Grand Phoenix. After agreeing to look over Phyllis’s contract with Victoria, Amanda will encourage Phyllis to make the first move with Nick concerning their disagreement. Amanda will then get a call from Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) about their dinner later, and Phyllis will accuse Amanda of going on a date with Devon. Amanda will say that they’re just friends.

Devon Hamilton & Amanda Sinclair Enjoy An Evening Together

Later, Amanda will arrive at Devon’s penthouse, and they’ll enjoy drinks together. After some stifled conversation, Devon and Amanda will agree to abandon their fancy dinner plans at the French restaurant and order Chinese takeout. Amanda will ask Devon for his “story,” and Devon will talk about how he grew up in foster care and then found the Winters family.

Devon will discuss meeting Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and her parents, Drucilla Winters (Victoria Rowell) and Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John). Devon will explain how he then found his biological family – his father Tucker McCall (Stephen Nichols) and his grandmother Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper). Amanda will listen intently and thank Devon for sharing about himself.

Phyllis Summers & Nick Newman Exchange Apologies

Next on Y&R, Phyllis will enter her suite at the Grand Phoenix to find Nick there waiting for her. Nick will start right in with an apology for saying things he didn’t mean. Phyllis will also apologize for not telling him right away about Faith Newman’s (Alyvia Alyn Lind) drinking right away and for attacking him and getting defensive. Nick will give Phyllis a rose, and things will be better between the two.

Abby Newman & Chance Chancellor Set A Wedding Date

Over at the hospital, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) will surprise Chance with a video call with both his grandmother Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) and his mother Nina Webster (Tricia Cast). Chance will talk happily with Jill and Nina, and he’ll tell them about his engagement to Abby and he’ll of course want them both at the wedding.

Later, Chance and Abby will talk about their wedding, and Abby will think that their theme should be “elegant simplicity” and that they should be married at the Chancellor mansion. Finally, on Wednesday’s new episode of Y&R, Chance will think that he and Abby should get married next week, which will shock Abby, but she’ll happily agree.
