The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, September 16, tease that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will arrive at the penthouse, and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will be waiting. Adam won’t want to rehash things, but Chelsea will say that she’s decided that they should send Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) to boarding school for the time being.

Adam will be on board with that, but he’ll balk when Chelsea wants to talk about their relationship. Chelsea will tell Adam that Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenico) has joined forces with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), and that they need to work together, but Adam won’t be having it. Chelsea will persist, and she’ll tell Adam that they need to go get married right now because she’s not going anywhere.

Eventually, Chelsea will wear Adam down, and he’ll agree to keep their relationship intact, although he’ll think that their wedding should be a celebration for once they declare victory over their enemies. Adam will ask Chelsea if she’s ready to bring Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to his knees, and he’ll say that this is war.

Y&R Spoilers: Elena Dawson Worries About Amanda Sinclair’s Effect On Devon Hamilton

Next on Y&R, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will see Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) at Crimson Lights. Elena will learn that Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) got the DNA test results and that she’s over at Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) place sharing the news with him. Elena won’t like that, and she’ll worry about her relationship with Devon.

Nate will reassure Elena and give her a pep talk about how solid her relationship with Devon is. Meanwhile, over at Devon’s penthouse, he’ll be trying to process the news that Amanda and Hilary Hamilton (Mishael Morgan) are twins. Devon will be stunned, and he won’t know how to respond, although he’ll resist when Amanda starts asking questions about Hilary.

Amanda will want to get to know her twin, but Devon won’t think that he can bring Hilary to life for Amanda in the way that she wants. Devon won’t want to reopen the terrible wound of losing Hilary. But Amanda will continue to ask questions, and finally Devon will open up a little, saying that he loved Hilary more than anything else on earth. Elena will walk in the penthouse to hear that last remark.

Rey Rosales Issues A Warning To Sharon Newman On Young & Restless

Next on Y&R, Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will stop by Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) house asking where things stand between Sharon and Adam. Rey won’t particularly like Sharon’s answer when she says she’ll no longer be treating Adam as a patient. Rey will think that Sharon may have some feelings for Adam. Rey will ask if Sharon cut things off with Adam because she was on the verge of crossing a line.

Just then, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will show up, and Rey will take the opportunity to bolt. Mariah will get up to speed on what Rey and Sharon were talking about, and Mariah will advise her mom to kick Adam to the curb for her own sake and for Rey’s sake. Later, Rey will come back to tell Sharon that it can’t happen again. Sharon will promise that it won’t.

Next on Y&R, Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will meet at the Grand Phoenix to watch Dina Mergeron’s (Marla Adams) home movie again. Jack will think there might be something they missed before, and Traci will notice the necklace that Dina’s wearing in the movie. It will look like an heirloom piece, and Traci will think there could be some meaning behind it. Traci will vow to find out what happened to the necklace.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Phyllis Summers & Nick Newman Declare Their Love

Next on Y&R, in Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) hotel suite, she and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will spend some time together. Phyllis will share about Jack’s search for meaning in Dina’s home movie, and Phyllis will say that she didn’t think that Dina was sharing anything too sentimental. Nick will think that Phyllis sounds cynical, and Phyllis will worry that perhaps they are mismatched since Nick wears his heart on his sleeve.

Nick will surprise Phyllis by telling her that they balance each other out, and that Phyllis has a soft side that he’s seen. Phyllis will tear up and admit that she believes in love, but she’ll worry because it never lasted for them before. Nick will tell Phyllis that he loves her, and she’ll return the sentiment happily.
