The Young and the Restless Spoilers Wednesday, September 2: Past Catches Up With Chance – Amanda’s Hilary Connection – Victoria & Theo Flirt

CBS The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, September 2, tease that Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) will talk at the Grand Phoenix. After some flirting, Chance will leave his phone behind, and Abby will notice an urgent text from Paul Williams (Doug Davidson). Chance won’t know what it’s about, but Abby will worry that it’s about Vegas. Chance will head on over to see Paul.

When Chance returns, he’ll tell Abby that Paul offered him a detective position with the GCPD. Abby will assume that Chance will turn down the job, but he’ll want to take it. Abby will balk, and ultimately she’ll admit that she’s afraid for Chance’s safety if he goes back to law enforcement. Abby will also think that Chance and Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) activities in Vegas could pose a problem if anyone finds out about it.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers – Alyssa Montalvo Shows Up To Interrogate Chance Chancellor About Vegas

After some back and forth, Abby will say that she wants Chance to take the job if he really wants it. Someone will approach them, and it will be Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenico), who will introduce herself and say that she’s an old friend of Adam’s and that she wants to talk about a missing persons case that Chance knows something about. Chance will say he can’t help, and he and Abby will leave hurriedly.

Y&R Spoilers Updates: Victoria Newman Receives A Thinly Veiled Threat

Next on Y&R, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will be asserting her authority with a Newman employee via phone when she walks into her office. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will be there, and she’ll say that Victoria is about to be put to the test. Victoria and Nikki will then get on a video call with “Dan” from New York, who will think that it’s not too late to undo all the damage that Victoria’s done to the company.

Dan will be a bit condescending with Victoria, and he’ll bring up his long history with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Victoria will say that her changes at Newman are solid ones, but Dan will say that he’s heard rumblings from the “worker bees” that they’re not happy. Dan will make a thinly veiled threat, which Victoria will call him on. Victoria will abruptly end the call.

Victoria will then tell Nikki that Victor might have put Dan up to this, and that they’ll wait to see if Dan brings Victor up to speed on the conversation. Victoria will be sure that Victor sent in Dan as his attack dog. Nikki will then urge Victoria to take some time for herself at the Grand Phoenix Escape Club. Victoria will decline, thinking it sounds ridiculous.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers – Amanda Sinclair Makes A Big Decision After A Shocking Revelation

Next on Y&R, at Chancellor Communications, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will talk business, Amanda will have written up some company guidelines for publishing content – intended to reign Billy in. Talk will then turn to some of Billy and Amanda’s conversations at the Empty Glass before Amanda says she’s headed to the New Hope Clinic to give blood. Billy will drive her.

Once they get to the clinic, Billy will donate blood, then it will be Amanda’s turn. Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Amanda will go through the requisite questions prior to her donation, and Nate will ask Amanda’s blood type. Amanda will say that she’s B-, which is rare. Nate will be floored, since Hilary Hamilton (Mishael Morgan) had the same rare blood type.

Amanda will be startled by the news, and she won’t want to believe that it’s true. But after talking it over with Nate, Amanda will decide that she needs to get to the bottom of this. The first step will be talking with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) to see if he still has Hilary’s personal effects so they can locate a DNA sample.

Next On Y&R Spoilers: Theo Vanderway Makes A New Friend In Victoria Newman

Next on Y&R, Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) and Billy will meet at Chancellor Communications. Theo will give Billy some potential writers for their team. Theo will be put off when Billy balks at one particularly edgy writer. Theo will say that he thought they wanted to be cutting-edge. Billy will explain about Amanda’s place on the team and how she’s established guidelines. Billy will sound particularly fond of Amanda as they talk.

Afterwards, Theo will head to Society, where he’ll find Victoria at the bar. Theo will offer to help her drink her champagne, and Victoria will assume that Theo’s hitting on her. Theo will claim to be networking, and he’ll give Victoria his business card. Finally, on Wednesday’s new episode of Y&R, Victoria will then invite Theo to join her, and he’ll wonder if she’s hitting on him.
