The Young And The Restless: Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow)The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal Nick Newman not quite knowing what to do with himself now that his relationship with Phyllis Summers is over, so he goes to what’s familiar — but not without seeing Phyllis first.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Phick Not Meant To Be

It never turns out well every time Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) try to get it together and the only thing good that seems to have ever come from their tries at happiness is their daughter, Summer Newman Abbott (Hunter King). When Nick and Phyllis run into one another at Society, they argue but also try to find the best way to break it to Summer that they broke up again. Since she never really thought her parents being together again was a swell idea, she shouldn’t be too shattered when she hears the news.

After the meeting at Society, Nick is feeling loneliness and pain because this is a man who can’t be alone, so of course, he goes back to the woman who feels like home — Sharon (Sharon Case). That’s also the woman he cheated on when he first got together with Phyllis and conceived Summer while Sharon was grieving the death of their teenage daughter.

Y&R Spoilers – Sharon Newman Is Always There For Nick Newman

Sharon may be stuck in a boring, frustrating, and dead-end marriage with Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso), so of course, Nick turns to this married woman. But it’s Sharon and they were married for a pretty long time and raised children together. In fact, the longest relationship either one of them ever had was with each other. Sharon even gets his obsession with his family when Phyllis does and is there to listen to him this coming week. So, yes, Shick makes sense.

But will Shick happen? As Joshua Morrow said in the November 16 issue of Soap Opera Digest, we might have to wait and see cause Nick will be Nick.

“We know that Nick doesn’t like to be alone,” he explained. “So, there are only two paths for him here. He’s either going to turn into that guy who runs around town hooking up with everyone he sees, which seems to happen every three or four years — or he’ll go back to what’s familiar.” Stay tuned to The Young and the Restless weekdays to see what Nick will ultimately do.

      I would love to see Nick and Sharon back together. We've got very close a couple of times then something always happens. Rey needs to go. He's boring and blah and does nothing for Sharon or anybody else, except accuse her about Adam. Why they got rid of that family, who knows but they should have gotten rid of him at the same time as the rest of them. I did like Lola. She was cute. I hope if they put Nick and Sharon back together they do it sooner rather than later because I'm not getting any younger.

      Please, please writers do not put Sharon back with Nick if he's only going to cheat on her again with Phyllis. I would like to see Rey blindsided by the brother he thinks is great instead of Adam. Sharon should be mature enough by now to get Nick to understand she isn't a door mat for him to just jump on Phyllis when the going gets tough.

      If Nick feels at home and peace with Sharon and kids why can"t they be reunited now. Sleeping with everyone is not the way to go. He has loved Sharon forever and her him. If the other marriages are not working let them reunite, we have been waiting for this forever since he dumped Sharon for Phyllis. Like they said a relationship is more than video games and sex. Phyllis always been jealouse of Sharon and that is not going to change. Phyllis wants it all money,Nick and Jack. And Nick dump his family for her. Like he said he chose her over Abby and Victoria. She still not happy. And of course he chose her over Sharon and kids, when Sharon needed him the most. Phyllis should be alone, I hope Jill comes back and Jack hooks up with her and dump Phyllis. Jill will stand her ground believe me. Adam with Sally, Rey gone, and hopefully Nick will not get back with Chelsa. Think back Nick you let her go back to Adam, you do not need her . Please do not put him with Chelsa. And Chloe better watch her back she got the blame for Rey, and Chelsa got a pat on the back from Rey, put her with him. She will be back to her old tricks and Sally better be perpared for a war with Chelsa. Will not surprise me if Phyllis and Chelsa try to rid of Sally. Hope Tracie will help Sally, she has a good job now but when push comes to shove she might blow it. Hope Chloe stands up for Sally.
