The Young and the Restless (YR) Spoilers: Chelsea Fights Back – Phyllis’ Surveillance Revealing

Chelsea Newman’s (Melissa Claire Egan) turn from scared victim to mama bear protector projects a coming resolution to a new crisis on ‘The Young and the Restless’. Anyone who threatens anyone’s child is foolish, as Simon Black (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) is about to learn.

Simon, the new character who’s just been introduced, is claiming that Chelsea’s recently deceased husband, Calvin Boudreau (John Burke), owes him the stash of cash that seemed to be part of Chelsea’s inheritance. She was initially prepared to turn it over to Parise’s alter ego, as her immediate contact with Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) demonstrated.

However, Simon made a major mistake by showing Chelsea a digital photo of Connor Newman (Judah Mackey). That smartphone image grimly implied that if she didn’t pay him what he says he’s owed, then something will happen to her son.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Phyllis Newman’s Eyes And Ears On It

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) took advantage of the distracted Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) a few weeks ago. ‘Red’ then completed the installation of a surveillance system, complete with eyes and ears, that fronts as security for The Grand Phoenix.

Now, as Y&R viewers saw, the follow-up to Phyllis actions have her spying on Chelsea, Kevin, and Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) while they’re speaking about Simon’s threat in the lobby of the newest hotel in Genoa City, Wisconsin.

On a separate note, it feels as though the longstanding setting known as the GC Athletic Club, which is owned by Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), is either no more, or will be only occasionally utilized. There are various reasons why settings are changed, or updated. So as of now, the GP is the place to be.

Y&R Spoilers – Strong Support Needed Right Now

Chelsea was hoping that Kevin would be able to access Calvin’s money, after which she would give it to Simon. That option is out since the government has frozen the assets of the bank where Kevin made the deposit.

It seemed as though Chelsea was going to be forced to ask someone for a loan, or sell her share in the GP to Abby. Now, Kevin, Chloe and maybe even Phyllis are primed to join Chelsea’s brigade in order to stop, or at least stymie Simon.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Adam Newman’s Fatherly Instincts Tapped

It hasn’t come to it yet, but Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will surely be all over Simon the moment he learns what happens. No one will threaten his son, or Chelsea without reprisal.

Viewers should expect Chloe to summon her inner con persona, while partnering with ‘Khloe’s’ creativity. If those methods don’t work, surely Phyllis will let Adam know what’s happening. And with that, Connor’s dad would be provoked into action against Simon.
