Y&R spoilers show Tara (Elizabeth Leiner) seems absolutely terrified of Ashland (Richard Burgi) just like everyone else in Genoa City except Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Victor (Eric Braeden). She fears he will take her son away and she’ll never see him again. Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) always has this fear so maybe when she’s through with her latest con these two can be friends.

Although we wonder if Tara’s fears are genuine, Kyle (Michael Mealor) sure thinks they are real because he has the same fears. However, he is willing to go through with the DNA test but doesn’t want Ashland to even know where Tara is. To that end, they hide out in the Abbott mansion and have their cheeks swabbed there. Who wants to bet it’s Nate (Sean Dominic), doctor to the wealthy, who does the swabbing?

Y&R Spoilers – Summer Newman Is There Through It All

Everyone is on pins and needles as they await the DNA test results on Y&R. Kyle can’t believe he will soon be able to get to know his son and isn’t even sure if he’s ready for it and Tara just wants to be through with Ashland one way or another.

And then there’s Summer (Hunter King), who wants to be the supportive fiance. She has been understanding about this entire situation until now despite it being hard on her and she feels if she remains to understand, she will have proven she’s a grown-up now. Maybe she can even prove she’s more mature than her mother who still spends the majority of her day doing extremely immature things.

After all, Summer has done some pretty immature things on The Young and the Restless in the past few years. Sleeping with Billy (Jason Thompson) and going after him when he was still with Phyllis (Michelle Stafford), blackmailing Kyle into marrying her, running out on their elopement a few months back.

The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate Summer needs to prove herself somehow and if that means playing step-mommy, so be it. But will the DNA tests show what everyone expects?
