The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) may be coming back home to Genoa City, Wisconsin, albeit with a new actress in the character of his wife, Summer Newman (last played by Hunter King). Michael Mealor and Hunter King left the show together last year as their characters went to Italy to live and work.

Today they are raising his son Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez), and living their best la vita dolce. Could all that change if they become homesick? There is another new Abbott coming to Genoa City, and like the last time, it is relative no one knew about. Someone needs to research the family tree or do an at-home DNA test to try and track down the untold number of blood Abbotts wandering the world.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Allie Is Coming To Genoa City

Will the new Abbott girl Allie (Kelsey Wang) be like the old Abbott boy Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson)? Time will tell.

Back to Kyle, there is speculation that Michael is ready to come back to the show and if that’s the case it may be that Hunter is not ready since she had other irons in the fire, which would mean a recast. Kyle is famous being jealous of familial newcomers, and Allie is his dad’s granddaughter which could make him all kinds of insecure as he was with Theo. We can see Kyle turning into a nervous Nellie and hatching all sorts of plots against innocent Allie.

Skyle were a fan fave couple, and Summer and Kyle always had a hot mess going on that fans could jeer or cheer for.

Bringing the characters of Kyle and Summer back is a no-brainer for the show and they put out a casting call that revealed the search for a new Summer.

Y&R spoilers – Will Summer Newman Return To Town?

Hunter and Michael left after they and the show did not come to terms about contracts allegedly. The casting call indicates that they now want someone else to fill the female role, which means Kyle probably won’t be far behind.

More evidence of that is the fact that Kyle was seen in a video chat in the March 15 episode. He and Jack talked about Keemo, the dead son he once never knew he had, who died without him knowing, and who Kyle never met. Does such a call scream ‘comeback?’ You decide.
