The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers document that in Genoa City, Wisconsin Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) can’t go on as they have been. As Sharon tries to sustain her marriage to Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso), she’s also struggling to maintain the once strong connection with her youngest child.

As for Faith, she confided in Summer Newman (Hunter King). Hopefully what was said about the vodka bottle being planted in her locker is true. As for maintaining faith in Jordan (no last name known for this character played by Madison Thompson), that’s a critical issue as well.

It was early in 2020 when Sharon allowed herself to venture where she hadn’t been in approximately a decade. She and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) romantically reconnected at the penthouse, during a brief period where both characters were single. That projected trouble that was to come and has arrived.

Rey knows that Sharon’s feelings are mixed. She does love him, but retains an unhealthy connection to Adam. Her decision to believe that she’s uniquely qualified to understand his never-ending issues led to the unfortunate agreement to help Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan).

Sharon has since told Adam that she can’t be part of his provocateur plan, which was intended to knowingly prod Chelsea’s psyche and speed her recovery. Rey rightly said that Sharon’s decision came too late.

Y&R Spoilers – Shey’s Troubles Aren’t Easily Fixable

Shey is a newly married couple. They had a long, old-school courtship period that stretched for more than a year.

There’s no doubt that this pairing appeared to be rightly matched. But Sharon’s inexplicable bounce-backs to Adam threaten to derail what should be an enduring couple in Genoa City, Wisconsin.

St. Valentine’s Day arrived at an opportune time. The annual day to celebrate love provided a temporary reprieve from the serious issues that must be confronted. How Shey handles them will allow Sharon and Rey to either overcome their issues, or be overtaken by them.

Jordan is no role model. Her seemingly odd bond with Faith could be a cover for all of the attacks that have been taking place in recent months. If that’s not the case, then Thompson’s mysterious character may prove to be a redemption candidate.
