Young and the Restless Day Ahead Spoilers for Tuesday, December 4: Ranch Declared A Crime Scene, Victor Newman Goes MIA

Young and the Restless (Y&R) begins with Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) watching helplessly as Newman Ranch stables are fully engulfed in flames. Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) informs them the horses and staff are safe, but for now they need to leave the property; revealing there was a trespasser on the property earlier and it’s a crime scene. Both cannot stay there until he finds out exactly what happened there.

Ana (Loren Lott) is cleaning up the living room, when Devon (Bryton James) comes in, still upset that Shauna (Camryn Hamm) left. She wants to talk about things but he insists that he is fine and she shouldn’t wait up as he wont be back tonight.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Tessa And Mariah’s Tension Runs High

Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) and Mariah (Camryn Grimes) lay in bed together, both reading books; Mariah says its been a long day and there is nothing Tessa can do to help, the tension is fierce. The following morning, Tessa wakes up finding Mariah is gone. Mariah meets with Kyle (Michael Mealor) at Crimson, begging him to help her with life, feelings and relationships. She is frantic and needs the help now.

Nikki frets to Victoria that she isn’t sure of something is wrong as she has been unable to reach Victor (Eric Braeden) all night and Summer (Hunter King) has no idea where he is either; it’s like he has disappeared.

Devon staggers back to the penthouse, barely able to open his door when Nate (Brooks Darnell) comes out for a run. Devon says he doesn’t need a lecture so Nate says he is there to simply offer a helping hand. Ana wants to give him a coffee but Nate says he needs his world famous hangover cure; but when Devon turns him down, Nate tells him the only thing dumber than a guy with a hang over is a stupid guy with a hang over! Devon falls back onto the couch as Nate tells Ana he is going to need his help.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Nick Suspicious Of His Mom

Victoria calls the GCPD, wanting an update on the fire at the ranch; but there is no information. Nikki wants to go check things out, but the doorbell rings and its Nick (Joshua Morrow). He spoke to the Fire Chief, saying the stables are a total loss but no damage to the house. She can’t go home until they investigate; Nikki let’s it slip that she doesn’t want to think of the alternatives and Nick demands to know if there is something going on that he doesn’t know about.

Mariah explains that specifics don’t matter, but in relationships that trust is the number one thing and when that trust is broken, you get hurt. She feels most people would walk away when they get broken like that but she keeps going back for more pain and disappointment; Tessa is a brilliant actress and most people would be absolutely done but something makes Mariah stay. Kyle tells her she isn’t stupid, but the word she is looking for is love.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Fen Flirts With Lola

Fenmore (Zach Tinker) talks to Ted, looking for his mother, Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman), when Lola (Sasha Calle) arrives with new menus for her food truck. Ted introduces them, as she hands him a menu; Fen tries to hit on her. Ted tells him not to bother as she has a boyfriend, Fen says for today, but tomorrow is a new game.

Nick and Victoria suggest she rest and they will look into why Victor isn’t answering calls, and they will let her know as soon as they hear anything. Nick’s furious that Victor isn’t more worried about his wife over his business; Victoria reminds him that their primary concern is their mom and maybe their dad could be lost or hurt, maybe worse. Nick says he is ready for their dad to wage war against him and Dark Horses; but his sister can’t promise him Victor won’t.

Mariah continues to vent about her relationship as Kyle says it isn’t too late for her to walk away. He keeps saying she loves Tessa. She thanks him for being such a giant help, but he says he usually is when he can’t get a word in edge wise as it was all her talking the whole time; they are interrupted when Fen walks in.

Fen questions if Summer is back in town and maybe they can get the old game together; Kyle informs him that she moved across the ocean, learning how to become a shark in Dubai. Fen reveals he is not interested in Summer, as they figured things out but he’d like to check out the GC dating scene.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victor Goes Missing

Nick talks to Victoria about Summer being half way across the world and now alone with their father missing. He’s also concerned about Victoria and the kids with Rey opening up a case about JT’s (Thad Luckinbill) murder; she says the younger kids have no idea but Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) is having a tough time.

Nick offers to talk to him, but she feels he has enough turmoil in his own life between Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Sharon (Sharon Case), plus the kids. Nick says him and Phyllis are having way too much fun to make any commitments for the future; although she really thought Phyllis and Billy (Jason Thompson) would get back together. He says that Sharon has made it very clear there is no future for them; but Victoria has to wonder how Nick feels about the two of them?

Nate and Ana are chopping and mixing ingredients, saying the noise is all part of the process, saying the worse you feel the better the remedy. Nate says the best thing for a hangover is to not get one in the first place; Ana agreeing. Devon tells them to just be quiet and give him the concoction they are making; they turn on the blender on high, laughing as it drives Devon crazy, holding his sore head.

Fen brings Mariah and Kyle up to speed on what is going on with his life – quitting law school to pursue a music career and it was a girl from school that lead him to this path; both mocking him for the epiphany. He came back to GC because of Devon Hamilton, he doesn’t believe it is easy but thinks he is good enough to make it. He is pumped and confident. He compliments Mariah, saying she is killing it on GC Buzz and is wondering if she can get his demo on the show since she works for Devon.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Fen Catches Up With Kyle And Mariah

Fen says he came to GC alone, looking for a good time and no strings attached; talking about the lady he met earlier, looking at Lola and brings her over to introduce them to Mariah and Kyle. He says he was just talking about her; she says sometimes words just aren’t enough and you just have to show them how you feel. She grabs Kyle’s face and kisses him, while Mariah smirks.

Nate gives Devon the drink, telling him to drink it, even after the ingredients he chugs it down, saying it isn’t bad. Nate says the burning sensation will go away in a few minutes but the drinking he is doing has a lifetime impact. He tells Ana that Devon is all his and his work there is done. Devon expected Nate to be a jerk, but not her. She wants him to get better, touching his heart, saying she wants to help him fix it.

Victoria continues to call the GCPD, who have no information on them again. Nick confronts her on avoiding Rey because of JT. Nikki joins them, saying things are getting stranger by the minute as her emails are being bounced back to her and Victor’s number is out of service; she’s really worried something terrible has happened to Victor.

Kyle tells Fen he does have good taste in women, but Fen says she is only with Kyle because she doesn’t know him yet. Lola says she knows him as Mariah tells Fen to give it up; Kyle promises he isn’t going to screw this one up. Rey walks in and Lola goes to see him; he reveals he was working a fire investigation all night and leaves again to deal with it. Mariah runs into Tessa, making excuses and saying maybe tomorrow she will meet her for coffee.

Ana tells Devon to sit down and they are going to talk about him. He says he has nothing to talk about when it comes to Hilary or Shauna or lifestyle choices. She tells him to just listen as she doesn’t know the losses he suffered but she has lost and might have a deeper understanding than he thinks. She talks about how she used to sing, it was her passion but the world wasn’t interested and had to watch helplessly as her dream slipped away. She had to mourn that loss – not her career, or the singing. It was losing the passion and her reason for living that she had to mourn.

Neil (Kristoff St. John) calling her, was the fresh start she needed and something she could put her energy into; helping him was helping her and she would never force anything upon him. He appreciates it but says she can’t compare loving a thing to loving a person. He will never get his wife or child back. She doesn’t suggest he try, but he can learn how to cope. She knows it is the hardest thing he’ll ever have to do, but he owes that to Hilary and himself.

Back at Crimson, Fen apologizes for trying to move in on Lola; but Kyle reminds him it never stopped him before. Fen advises Lola that he is sure her cooking is better than her choice in guys, so he will see her at her food truck. She tells him if he can keep his eyes on her eyes, not her body, than she might serve him. When Lola walks away, Fen tells Kyle that she is way out of his league. Kyle tells him he hasn’t changed at all, he can act all pompous and strut himself but he still the same old jealous jerk he’s always been. Lola separates them as Kyle says he can’t lie and say it’s nice to see him!

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Devon Opens Up To Ana

Devon finally talks to Ana about when Nate told him Hilary wasn’t going to make it; he heard the words but didn’t have a place for the words to go, it’s been months and he still can’t absorb it. He admits it is true when people say they expect to see the person walk through the door any second; it’s like that every where and it makes it feel like she is dying over and over again, and he doesn’t know how to cope with it. Ana suggests he cannot do this alone, saying he needs to see a professional and if that doesn’t work, he could try something else. Devon agrees to see the shrink Nate suggested.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Rey Declares Ranch A Crime Scene

Nick calls the bank to see if they will reveal who closed the account, but no one will reveal anything. Rey comes in, and tells them there is no question that the fire was started intentionally. The ranch is officially a crime scene and he intends to find out. He learns no one has had any luck reaching Victor, but Nick quickly defends his father. Rey leaves and Nick asks his mother and sister if they get the feeling Rey knows more than he is saying? Victoria says it is more than a feeling, looking directly at Nikki.
