Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers note that fans are still reeling from the Thursday, September 26 episode. Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) mental health storyline hit a boiling point when she seemingly killed Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom), and then dumped her body over a bridge into the river. But, are things as they appear to be?
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Is This All Real?
Y&R spoilers remind viewers that Sharon has been dealing with a ton of bad dreams and hallucinations. After all, she’s having literal conversations with the late Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) and has seen her long-dead daughter, Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes) on occasion.
It’s easy to think that this may have been a nightmare, and that everything that happened from the moment Sharon “blacked” out was a dream – it may even be a hallucination. Still, if that isn’t the case, Sharon could be in the middle of a real-life nightmare she won’t be able to get out of.
Y&R Spoilers – Could Sheil Carter Have Murdered Heather Stevens?
The fact of the matter remains that Sharon blacked out at some point during her confrontation with Heather. She pushed Heather, saw a blur, and then awakened on the couch to find Ms. Stevens in a pool of blood.
Could someone else have murdered Heather? The first person that comes to mind with a motive is Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). After all, she’s Lucy Romalotti’s (Lily Brooks O’Briant) grandmother and has been known to do vile things. It may rub Sheila the wrong way that Heather is raising her granddaughter, and she took matters into her own hands.
Sheila’s on the Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) right now, married to Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan), and has been behaving, but that doesn’t mean she couldn’t take a quick trip to Genoa City to stir up some chaos, right?
Then again, the list of potential killers, other than Sharon, is endless. From Sheila’s daughter Daisy Carter (Yvonne Zima) to possibly Heather’s ex-boyfriend from Portugal, even if Heather is truly dead, maybe Sharon wasn’t the murderer after all?

I just know I was surprised at what happened with Sharon and Heather. Didn’t think Heather would be off show. I like her character. Another dream? That’s been done so many times before as well as the dead coming back, etc. Sheila? Did not even consider her. She seems to be under the radar with Deacon and should stay that way. Enough drama with Steffy obsessed with Hope looking at Finn the wrong way. What can Finn do to convince her? Is Taylor really dying>? Or will Ridge start to take care of her, leading Brooke to be angry and we know how that goes with this threesome… So many years… We will wait and see.
Daniel married a girl named Daisy, whose mother is Shelia Carter. Making her the grandmother.
It is not logical that Sharon could drag Heathers body down the stairs, heave it in the trunk of a car and out of the trunk and throw it over a bridge rail-that is a lot of dead weight.
Could someone please tell me how Shelia is Lucy’s grandmother. Phyllis is Daniel’s mother and Danny Romalotti is his father. Those are the only grandparents that are ever mentioned. I have been racking my brain trying to figure that out. Please help!
Sheila had a daughter, Daisy. You have more than one set of grandparents. Phyllis and Danny are on Daniel’s side. Sheila and Tom Fisher had Daisy. Daisy and Daniel had a daughter, Lucy.
It’s not hard to follow and the internet is at your fingertips. Maybe use it?
I am wondering the same thing, I did the ” family tree ” and come up with the same as Sharon says. How can Sheila be the grandmother?? Plus I am also curious as to why when anything bad happens any where, doesn’t make any difference where, Sheila is the first suspect they want to go after. Why not let Sheila be a nice person for a while, let her and Deacon be happy for a long while before dragging her back to prison.
