The Young and the Restless Spoilers – is there a chance that someone isn’t what they seem?

It’s mighty tempting to believe that Chance has an illicit thing going on with Adam. But appearances can be deceiving. Still, if he is up to no good, where will this leave Abby (Melissa Ordway)? I’d say it leaves her with an intact record of choosing the wrong guy each and every chance she gets!

A failed romance would likely be part of the fallout if Chance is hiding something big and unsavory. But he has a solid record as a good guy so, it makes sense that the clues being dropped about his union with Adam are really red herrings.

If this whole deal turns out to be as shady as an oak tree in summer, the fallout for him will be epic. He’ll likely lose Chelsea and possibly the new bond he’s forged with his son (and his cat).

The million-dollar question is, who could this mystery woman be, and what is her connection to Adam and Chance?

On the surface, it’s easy to imagine that this ménage a trois is disreputable and devious. If not, why all the panic on Chance’s part?

But what if it turns out that the relationship is on the up and up and altruistic? It’s not impossible to believe that Adam is giving money to someone who desperately needs it for a good cause, is it?

Ok, it’s not very plausible, but it’s not impossible! Could the mystery lady turn out be someone who desperately needs help and is being assisted out of benevolence on the part of Chance and Adam? The answer may surprise you!
