Oh, it was a grand gesture for sure. Arturo upstaged Genoa City’s newest diva, Mia (Noemi Gonzalez), at her own vow renewal ceremony. Whether that was nicely played by Arturo remains to be seen.
Abby has a deep history of relationship failures. Her only serious tie was to ‘Stitch’ (Sean Carrigan). That character was written out earlier this decade because Carrigan dropped to a recurring contract and then eventually left Y&R’s cast. Digitally skip to the now, where Abby has had her moments. She was jealous of Lola (Sasha Calle), before being told that person was Arturo’s sister. Miss Newman has also been rightfully suspicious of Mia, who is more of a threat than is realized. Jumping back before either, above item. Arturo was with Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott).
