Added photo previews reveal that Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will also visit Chance, and it looks like he’ll suffer from a serious condition.

Could he deal with a coma, which possibly may lead to memory loss? Based on the photos, it’s hard to tell if he’ll even regain consciousness right away.

Y&R Spoilers – A Love Triangle Gets That Much Stickier

Right now, Chance is dating Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case); however, he’s got some massive chemistry with Summer, which has been noticed by more than a few characters (Sharon included).

Still, there’s nothing Y&R writers love more than a plot twist, so if Chance does suffer from amnesia, could he wake up during a time when he and his ex-wife Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) were in love?

He may have zero recollection of Abby’s affair with Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) or the fact that they are even separated. He may feel “strange” about his romance with Sharon, as she was his partner’s wife at one point.
