Young And The Restless Spoilers: Claire Helps Ease The Tensions Between Victor & Cole – Lands On Grandad’s Bad Side

Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers note that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) issued a stern warning to Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) this week.

It was all thanks to Cole wrecking his entire plan for Jordan (Colleen Zenk). While she’s currently rotting in a maximum-security prison, the Moustache would have rather had her right where she was, in a cell dungeon below the Newman Ranch.

Still, Cole went above Victor’s head and began snooping. He also involved Michael Baldwin (Christina LeBlanc) in the entire thing, which got the lawyer canned from the Newman payroll. Victor doesn’t want Cole anywhere near his family. But will this threat fly?

Y&R spoilers note that a large wedge has been placed in the Vole reunion, now that Daddy Newman does not approve. He’ll do all he can to keep Cole out of Victoria’s life, even though she’s an adult and can handle herself.

Still, there’s the stickiness of Cole being Claire Grace’s (Hayley Erin) dad. There’s a slight chance Cole could try and avoid Vicky, but there’s nothing that will keep him away from his daughter. Especially with all the time he’s lost already with her.

Claire has been rooting for a Vole reunion; it would be a dream come true for her family to come together and her parents to pick up on a romance they left off years ago. If she becomes privy to what her grandfather is up to, will she intervene?

Victor’s far harder on his children than his grandchildren. Aren’t all grandparents? For the most part, he’s got a solid relationship with all of them, but that’s also because most of them have never stood up to their grandfather.

There’s a good chance that Claire somehow learns about The Moustache’s warning to Cole. She’s seen nothing but the soft side of Victor, so if she stands up for her father, and tries to approach Victor to reason with him, will she land on his bad side?
