The Young and The Restless viewers will recall a couple of weeks ago when Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) went to Las Vegas to look for Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) to try to find out if the challenge to Katherine Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) will was legitimate, and if he had been behind it.

He also looked for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) since Adam and Chance had connected in Las Vegas earlier. He then got a text message, supposedly from Chance, advising him to meet him somewhere which turned out to be an industrial area in front of some storage units.

Cane was hit over the head and woke up inside one of the units with an envelope on a table, which contained two pages, which were later authenticated, and named Cane himself as the true heir to Katherine’s estate; and the two pages which named Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) as the heir had been faked! Cane came home with the envelope and Jill recognized the stationery as being from a hotel in the Maldives which Colin was known to frequent and which they had planned to stay at together but never did. So Jill took off to track him down!

Y&R Spoilers – Jill Abbott Atkinson Finds Colin Atkinson

Jill does indeed find Colin at the hotel she knew he would be at, and she finds what she thinks is his suite. She gets into the suite, and of course, finds it empty but she knows he is in there somewhere! She shouts at him, “come out, come out, wherever you are” and the rascal emerges with two champagne glasses and a bottle of champagne, calls her his fetching, fiery mate, and asked her what took her so long, like he was expecting her to come!

Jill is furious with Colin but deep down has a soft spot for him because he is so flattering of her and makes her feel so sexy in spite of their ages! Every woman of a certain age is easily flattered by a man who pays her so much romantic attention and is so flirtatious! She’s a bit confused, wondering if this whole charade was just to get her to track him down and come to him, but still furious that if so, it was at the expense of Devon and Cane, both of whom she cares about deeply!

Jill questions if the two pages are for real, even though they had been authenticated, and of course grills him as to why he went to so much trouble to get them to Cane, including having someone knock him over the head, of course! Unfortunately, Jill will find that her trip leads to many more questions than it does answers!
